Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You can get them free from Apple store. Or go to Best buy and they will sell them for around $5 each.

Just clicked to see this front page thread to find out it's only 10G 4G LTE and then 32kbps, no way to convince my sisters to switch from Verizon grandfather plan.

Luckily I still have SERO Premium with True Unlimited Data, so far at 1.7 TB now (1,700 GB).

10GB limit is only for the HotSpot. But the data for the phone is unlimited.

Just pay $10 and buy it off the website. It's easier to deal with than over the phone with the Sprint reps..

Google Voice!

1. Just get a google voice number.
2. Unlock the number for porting for $3.
3. Set the voice mail pin. This also becomes your PIN for porting.

Then you can port it with your eligible device to sprint.

I got an ATT iphone 5S from my son. Phone was in service, he upgraded to another phone so iphone 5S was unused. Sprint eligibility check says "phone lost/stolen". My son will call ATT to change that. After that, will it work?

ATT iPhone 5S Model A1453 ATT model ME306LL/A

1) device eligibility list says iPhone 5S (Verizon). I see few people asked about ATT 5S. I do not see a clear answer. Was anyone able to open the account with ATT iphone 5S?

2) Does ATT iphone 5S have to be unlocked?

3) If I can not use ATT iphone 5S to open the account, can I use a placeholder and later swap it with ATT iphone 5S?

Thanks

The sprint sim will be paired to the phones IMEI during activation. This isn't GSM. The sim is only for LTE. But yes, your verizon number will be active until the porting goes through.

you can't get phones on lease or installment plan on the free plan so it will need to be done on a paid plan. If you want to stay on the paid plan for credit union and other promos, I would suggest you then upgrade to the Galaxy J3 for $2.49 a month with $90 GC to free up the S8+ for the free plan before the July 31 deadline.

edit: don't forget to sign up for best buy mobile rewards for 1250 points good for $25 GC

Just got back from Worst Buy. Csr in store showed me price of 2.49 and $90 GC on J3. Went through half an hour of processing, including apparent credit check even though approved for 5 lines, then asked for confirmation of price before swiping to pay tax. 6.50/month 6.50 credited back each month since New line and no idea why not upgrade eligible since all current phones are paid for. So if cancel before 24 months, don't get full credit. No GC. Asked to cancel, did not swipe, given no written confirmation of cancel, must call Sprint. Bait and Switch bs. Walked out. FML.
