Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

ok just thought of something that would not really cost me money or that much time. I would port out 7+ to VZ (and ask again for activation waiver credit) and have the phone and # for BYOD. I could port both 6s and 7+ into BYOD. I still have the old 4s so I would swap with one of the other iphones, freeing it up to come back to BYOD with the last outstanding number. Thoughts?

Also, is it a hassle to do phone swapping within Sprint?
Quote from svsfan :
That would work. Just make sure 4s is not active.

Yes it's hassle. If you can swap online might take a minute or two. I always have to chat takes 10 min or more.
so when i port iP7+ out of sprint to VZ today, is there a minimum time i should wait before porting that phone back into sprint on BYOD?

RE: referrals

This is what my status page says:
"Your reward request for [deleted] has been denied. This offer is only available for eligible plan types. Please call 1-888-211-4727 or *2 from your Sprint phone for assistance."

I registered on 06/29.

MY AA promo is still processing but will most likely be denied.
My credit union promo has been denied as well.
"Our records indicate that your account is on an ineligible price plan, therefore, we are unable to process your request. If you feel this is an error, please contact Sprint Customer Care at 844-344-65."

For those who dont know already, go to the link below and enter you phone number, confirmation number, or email to check the status of your sprint referral. You may have to refer back to the original email to locate the person who referred you.

https://promo.sprint.com/disposition/checkstatus

For the credit union:
https://www.lovemycreditunion.org/reward-tracker
This seems unfair that the reason for credit union promo denial is ineligible price plan. These are the T&C's:

Activ. Fee: Up to $30/line. Credit approval req. Cash Reward Program Offer: Offer ends 12/31/2017. Avail. for eligible credit union members & member employees (ongoing verification). Tax ID req. to establish business acct. Receive a $100 cash reward for each new smartphone line activ. &/or a $50 cash reward for each smartphone line transferred to program. New lines req. activ. at point of sale. Max. 15 lines. Sprint acct. must remain active and in good standing for 31 days and at the time of processing to receive cash reward. Excludes MBB devices, tablets, Sprint Phone Connect, upgrs., replacements & ports made between Sprint entities or providers associated with Sprint (i.e. Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile, Common Cents Mobile & Assurance.) $50 Loyalty Cash Reward: Members can earn a $50 cash reward annually when Sprint acct. remains active and in good standing for 1 yr. Max. 15 lines. Cash Reward: Cash Reward issued by CU Solutions Group. Allow 6-8 wks. for Cash Reward to be deposited to your Credit Union acct, under the credit union and account number provided by you on the following page. If the Cash Reward does not appear after 8 wks., visit lovemycreditunion.org/sprintrewards & click on "Cash Rewards Tracker". Other Terms: Offers/coverage not avail. everywhere or for all phones/networks. May not be combinable with other offers. Offer, terms, restrictions, & options subject to change & may be modified, discontinued, or terminated at any time without notice. Restrictions apply. © 2017 Sprint. All rights reserved. Nowhere does it say anything about ineligible price plans. Two of my five lines say pending, the other are denied ...One reg on 6/21 says check back on 8/5. 3 reg on 6/27, 7/5, and 7/8 say denied. One reg on 7/23 says check back on 9/6. Does it take 6-8 wks to get the reward? I'm not entirely clear when the clock starts. I'm guessing 6-8 wks from the time you enter your info on the lovemycreditunion website, but it could be starting after 31 days of active service which would make it 11-12 wks.

Use the eligibility checker. I ported back after 3 days but I wanted to be sooner I did too close to midnight and it carried over to the next day.

So i think you are saying use eligibility checker to determine when i can port back in (could be a day, could be sooner), correct?

Yes or it could be right after you port to Verizon.

I think I signed up for the sims online the same day I ported to Verizon then I received the sims two days later since it was a Sunday when I signed up.

We are talking about the website which has NOTHING AT ALL to do with where you live. You are confused.

You're confusing me here. You got the account number and pin. What else do you want? I ported out 4 freedompop lines with those info without issue.

I ported a number from Freedompop. My recollection is that all you need to have is the pin and the account number which should be the phone number you're porting. You should not have to deal with FP customer service if you have the information required by Sprint to submit the porting request.

I am wondering if anyone has traveled from USA to Europe, Asia and Mexico on this plan? How was the internet and txt coverage and experience?

I have used my T-Mobile phone in the past and it has worked well overall. Not sure on the Sprint plan, if it will be as good as the T-Mobile coverage and experience.

Thanks!

Thanks for the reply. You are right but my port out is not going through. I submited the port out request to Sprint as per the information i found out on the my.freedompop.com. So after waited for three four days we( me and sprint representevie on the other line) tried to contact freedompop to see what the issue is. She said the pin number you provided is wrong and if you pas 5.99$ i will give you the pin. I do not know whether she is telling truth or just wants the money. I can cleary say account number and pin under port out information

Unfortunately mine did not go thorugh. I submitted the information to sprint as per the information under my account on 07/23/17 but it is still pending. So while on the call me and sprint guy decided to call and find out the actual issue. Freedompop said i need money to give you pin (wow up fornt). I am not sure she is telling the truth or just the money
