Nowhere does it say anything about ineligible price plans. Two of my five lines say pending, the other are denied ...One reg on 6/21 says check back on 8/5. 3 reg on 6/27, 7/5, and 7/8 say denied. One reg on 7/23 says check back on 9/6. Does it take 6-8 wks to get the reward? I'm not entirely clear when the clock starts. I'm guessing 6-8 wks from the time you enter your info on the lovemycreditunion website, but it could be starting after 31 days of active service which would make it 11-12 wks.

so I can call them and give one imei and proceed with the registration now and once I get the eligible phone after a week I can pop in the sim and use it in the new phone is it correct ?

also, I'm trying to do this with an unlocked Moto E4. currently have a iphone 5 with verizon. do I need to switch my device on verizon from iphone to the e4 first? or can I port my number even if the e4 isn't registered with verizon in any way?

maybe I'm not entering the info from my current carrier correctly? I'm on a family plan with verizon and I'm not the account holder, so I'm confused if I need to use the account holder's name, address, and last 4 of SS or if I need to use mine?
