Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Quick question. I know you can swap phones phone once your account is setup. But can you also swap SIM cards as well?

Like changing from an iPhone 6 to Nexus 5 along with changing the iPhone 6 SIM to the Nexus 5 Sprint SIM?

Will it get affect the free plan?

Also, then can you reuse the iPhone 6 and its SIM to add another line?

When you swap phones, you tell them the new phone's IMEI and ICCID of the sim for that phone. Each phone having its own sim is the simplest way to do it on Sprint.

gonna be porting over lines from VZ soon to BYOD. process will be something like:
1) VZ: iP7+ and number -> sprint
2) swap iP7+ for an old 4s I have to free up iP7+
3) VZ number (wife) and iP7+ (that was freed up) -> sprint
4) Consumers number (MIL) and VZ 6s+ -> sprint

One concern I had. Wife's number is currently tied to 6s+ on VZ but we will port her in using the freed up iP7+. That will "leave" the 6s+ hanging on VZ i guess - any issue there?

Also, after #2, how long b4 iP7+ becomes available for porting back into sprint?
Well, poop - stalled on #1. Phone is ported to Sprint but not accepting or able to make calls. I see the device and line on the sprint acct and have restarted the device several times. Will need to call to resolve i guess. Probably try to take care of #2 as well...

They definitely do one. If your credit monitoring services aren't reporting it then there is something wrong with your credit monitoring services. I believe Sprint pulls from Equifax.

What phone is on the line, the iP4s? Or the iP7+?

I use 2 services to monitor my credit and they always send me an email if any change/pull but I don't receive any. Hope sprint forgot it.

It's automated so if you gave them your SSN when you opened the account, a hard pull was done. Check your Equifax report, it will be on there.

well, successfully ported 2 lines from Tmo.
34655/ 30 MB down/ recommend if you can deal with some time with Spirnt CS.

after porting from Verizon I had some big problems at the start with the port in procedure not going through. Luckily, when the port in didn't work I didn't lose my phone number. But getting a telesales associate to help me was a multiple hour process. They were all telling me that the only way to set up an account was to go to the store. nobody wanted to perform an online credit pull. I knew from the sticky that wasn't going to work. I called back 4 times before I got LIZ from the Phillipines in their telesales section to basically start over and get everything straight. It took an hour, but it worked out. Thanks guys for helping me out.

iP7+. I tried just now to swap online but it wont recognize the iP4s IMEI. Service on iP7+ still not working.

Edit: iP7+ now is working thanks to JTravers.

Any tips on getting swap processed quickly? Do I just call normal customer care line?

Got mine activated over the phone yesterday. It took about 30 minutes without a hitch. The rep did require that I have the insurance for roughly $15 per month. But informed me that I could cancel at any time. I canceled online today after I set up my online account and downloaded the app. Also there is a free 6 month trial available for a music and video streaming service. I haven't tried it yet but it looks like a good workaround the basic youtube's limitations.

Also I ported over from Total Wireless with no issue. Port time was about 10-15 minutes.

So over the phone, did the rep put you on a temp $45 plan or straight to free BYOD plan?
