Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

What are you trying to tell them and vice versa? It's not like I'm trying to discuss quantum theory with them.
Makes sense.

Be careful, sprint is cutting lines that arent seeing any usage.

Sure, if you have a Sprint phone or know someone with one that isn't being used, you can just have them activate it on there and it can be a placeholder.
If I had any more sprint phones I would have activated them already lol.

My friend has an iphone 7 on verizon postpaid. He is willing to let me use his IMEI number as a placeholder. Can I use his IMEI along with a gophone number I'll port in to add an extra sprint line??

I want to make sure it doesn't affect his verizon service at all. It would only be for a week or two until I can buy a cheaper E4 to swap in.

Finally got my 4 iphones transferred over after multiple calls and having to email my verizon statement to their credit exception department. For some reason they initially approved only one line after pulling credit report. Not sure why since I have credit score of over 800. Approved very quickly after sending my statement. I've had sprint for a couple days and it is working great for me. Since verizon was costing me $250/month this is going to save me $3K. Thanks for all of the helpful posts!

So I just checked the deal website. It says the offer ends July 31st but in the fine print, it now says savings until 9/30/18 instead of 7/31/18.
Hopefully this means we all get 2 extra months of free service.

How long did it take them to verify the statement after it was sent? How did you send it?

The terms on your.account page still say savings until 7/31/18. Until they change that line, it doesn't matter what the promo site says. In fact, the FAQs on the page still reflect the old terms. Such a mess.

It took only minutes even late at night (around 10:30 pm). Had me send it via email to [email protected]. Important part was to have new account number in subject field of the email (according to customer service).

Just received approval emails for 5 lines for referral promo. Signed up and activated on 6/28. Exactly 31 days to verify. Referred spouse with my paid account.

Referred friend with free account on 6/30 for his free account. He signed up on 6/26 or 6/27? I had originally referred him with paid account that had already maxed out. Told him to use one of my paid account line number so sprint would automatically reject the first referral. Crossing fingers it will go through in a couple more days.

Edit activated offer on 6/27 if that makes any difference

Not sure why I'm late to the party but here I am. Has anyone been able to port successfully from Cricket to Spring with no issues? My IMEI and phone number were a "success" on Sprint's eligibility page but I don't know if Cricket is excluded from this deal or not, since it's prepaid vs postpaid. If I'm going to jump on this deal, I need to do it quick before Cricket charges me another $70 tomorrow. Also, if I'm eligibe, can I just go to a Sprint store and pick up a SIM as opposed to having one mailed to me? I have a Sprint store right down the street.

Thanks!

No problem coming from cricket. If you have a sprint corporate store nearby they usually give the sim free.
