Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

No problem coming from cricket. If you have a sprint corporate store nearby they usually give the sim free.
sprint store giving free SIM has not been my experience. I called several places (may or may not have be corp store) but each one wanted to either charge me $5 or couldnt give out without activation and most did not have the sim card i needed (for galaxy s8+).

I think best bet for free sprint sim is bestbuy or apple store (at least in my experience) but YMMV.

When one calls a Sprint store, you should ask where the nearest corporate store is. That's where you want to go. I agree that the rest are just a waste of time.

It is extremely rare that a Sprint store corporate or otherwise would give out a free SIM to someone who is not yet a customer and wants to be on a free plan. Extremely rare.

My corporate store sucks too. One time I wanted to swap phones through chat but it didn't go through. I had used the sim on the phone before but I think the CSR screwed up and told me to go to corporate store to get free sim. So I went the next day, waited about 20-30 min to get served and the guy tries for about 10-15 minutes. At the end of it they said they ran out of iPhone nano sims. Wtf? How do you run out of nano sims? I think he just didn't want to help becuase they weren't getting any commissions. I was on the paid plan by the way.

With both the 5 lines for $90 and the free lines for 1 yr expiring next June - what kind of deal do you guys think Sprint will roll out to prevent a mass exodus?

Did anyone successfully login to "Sign In To My Sprint"?

My login keeps getting a looping screen, since yesterday...? I'm using Chrome & IE.

I think they are bulking up postpaid subscriber numbers for future sale/merger. They haven't improved their network at all after being the worst of the 4. Increasing load on their already sub-standard network is not going to help at all.

I asked that question at the end of June and got conflicting answers. Probably best to call, chat, or email Sprint I reckon.

Even if you call the promo line on the 31st to open the account and order a sim, I'm pretty sure you'll get the plan. If you have an eligible phone and the correct sim you should be good to go. Just call
thanks guys

Google voice (GV) $3 to unlock, set voicemail pin use as account pin in legacy view on desktop site

Porting could take 1-3 days but you can try to call the porting dept number in wiki to push it through quicker

Still all talk, no action.
