Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My sim wouldnt work after going through all the sign up and credit check etc on the phone. They said if they send me a new sim I won't get the offer because it ends today.. thanks sprint.
Deal will all but certainly be extended so call back tomorrow.

Or pick up a sim at BestBuy and enrol today by phone.

Just checked my Nexus 5. They say it cannot be activated for use on Sprint. It was from the Play store, not Verizon.
Just call them. If you are lucky, a rep will find someone to add your IMEI instantly.

I decided don't switch to this Sprint deal, because very limited choice by phone and not sure about bills, don't like hard pull credit check, rules and what will happen after "free" year, strictly $60+$40+fee/tax?? too much questions
And don't trust fishy FreedomPop with additional bills and hidden fees.

Use $6.17 with tax(NYC) and autopay - TPO mobile "Admirable" with 2G unlim internet, calls/texts through Google Voice with Hangouts dealer, 100min plan even don't use. 2G Internet enough for calls, whatsup, email, even light web-surfing.
https://store.tpo.com/promos/welcome

P.S. BTW, I use 4G internet got from 4Gcommunity mobile hotspot. 2 TPO lines unlim 2G + hotspot REAL UNLIM 4G Internet approx. $25/mo (don't calculate cost of modem)

$280 (now $355) with $5 coupon PAYITFORWARD for 1st yr 4gcommunity and router.
https://www.4gcommunity.org/commu...spot-bg893
and optionally
paid 2x$214 (now $238) for 2 new LeEco Le Pro 3 by Amazon deal

Has anyone else had any luck on activating with a Boost Tri-Branded Sim card? I'd like to get the deal without worrying if they will extend the promotion. And I was advised by a rep that the deal will only work if the SIM card was purchased online. Please share any info you might have.

My iPhone 6s was last used with ting, but was cancelled about a month ago.

When I use the checked, it says, the IMEI is invalid and tried chatting and they says it's invalid.

Can LiterallyUnlimited clear the IMEI for me?
Are you on ringplus and then moved to ting?
If so you have same problem as mine.
I login to ringplus and deleted the device and also did same with ting. And it fixed my issue

So if you add a line tomorrow to an account started in July, will that line get the extended months till 9/30? How did it work for those who signed up in June before it was extended and then added lines in July?

Find a dummy IMEI & stick it to Tello, if you want to go back.

Thank you for detailed reply.
Whether or not I succeed in swapping my prepaid Moto E2, I'm learning about FED, Flag, unlock, lost/stolen... mysteries of the cell phone world nod

Quote from Verniculous :
Only if their FED is cleared either by using them on the prepaid carrier they were branded for for 1 year or by paying an unlocker to clear the FED. If neither of those are true, they cannot be used on Sprint postpaid. No exceptions.
The ownership flag must also be flipped to SPCS.
The Ting checker only tells you if the device can be used on Ting CDMA. If the device were first activated on a Sprint MVNO prior to 4/17/16, it could be eligible for use on Ting due to the loophole that existed prior to 4/17/16 but not eligible for use on Sprint postpaid due to the FED.
IME, the swappa ESN checker is unreliable for the FED.
Could be both. But for sure if they weren't active on the prepaid carrier they were branded for for at least 1 year, they won't pass the FED.
Thanks will try that
Quote from Verniculous :
Try to activate it on Sprint postpaid, that is how. If it doesn't activate and the ownership flag is set to SPCS, then the problem is the FED.
You want there to be some foolproof online tool that you can use that can distinguish the reasons a SPP/BM/VM phone is not eligible for activation on Sprint postpaid and there isn't one. If a SPP/BM/VM phone is not eligible for activation on Sprint postpaid, it could be either the FED or the ownership flag. Try to activate it on Sprint postpaid, then you will know what the issue is if any.
If the swappa ESN checker is saying that the device is still financed, then it won't pass the FED. But IME, if the swappa ESN checker says it is clear, that doesn't mean it is.
