Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

The ownership flag has to be switched to SPCS.
What do you mean by switching ownership? They only own the service, I will even pay for the SIM ?

The flag is called the ownership flag. You've already taken care of it it looks like from your post above.

I just had some strange issues with google voice as well. Unlocked the phone number, set the PIN (following the instructions on the wiki), and initiated the port when setting up the spring account. Won't register the number. I called into Sprint and they told me it would take 3 days and it will register at midnight on Thursday.

Anybody else get this? I thought it only took 10 minutes or so.
Yes, i did it. It does take three days and you will get email from Google saying it is moved out.

The phone in svsfan's post. The moto E4
Thanks a ton, hodaddy. Well, it's required a port-in to get the price $2.49/mon for 24 months...(total $59.76) + $30 for the activation fee. Yes, it likes you get it for free w/ a $60 GC (it's required the activation, for how long...???)

Note:
On BB site, the specs look better than the "unlocked" model.

Ok. Thanks!!

Finally I know what it means. Those customer care service folks never explained me what it means.

I tried to add a line via porting a Google Voice number on a newly purchased unlocked Motorola E4. The first time was with a CSIM V1 SIM which as many have noted here does not work. SPRINT sent me 2 new SIM cards within 2 days, one was the same one and the other was the ISIM V1 activation kit SIMOLW416Q which has been reported as working in this thread.

I called again and Sprint also sent me an email saying the activation was complete. However, I still get the same "Invalid SIM card" error message from the Moto E4.

Any suggestions, or is the phone itself defective?

Buy the Boost sim card kit from Best Buy, it's compatible with the E4

thanks, that's 3 months to think it over! Still on the fence but I could fall off in a month. It must be working for Sprint:

Shares of Sprint jumped nearly 11% this morning after the carrier posted its first quarterly profit in three years and added 88,000 net postpaid subscribers. But the carrier shed very little light on prospects for a potential tie-up with another major player. http://www.fiercewireless.com/wir...d-earnings

So I have a Sprint branded Samsung Galaxy S3 (SPH-L710) that was originally on Sprint postpaid

I switched it to ringplus then to ting then to tello then swapped it out via "change device" (so it's now inactive)

Why will it not work for this promo? It passes swappa and is all paid up, thanks

Double check your account and make sure the imei(E4) and iccid(sim#) match your E4 and sim card#(iccid) installed.
