Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I just got 2 lines set up 3 days ago. Everything is working fine. Can I add another line? If so how? Are the steps the same or do I sign in first?

All you need is one eligible phone to start. After it activated, swap it from a regular Sprint phone. It will free up the eligible phone. Just rinse and repeat...
Wonderful. This is what i need it. Thanks

So for the 2nd or 3rd lines you can port in a number but the device can be an old Sprint device? I had my daughter do this deal. I want to add myself as a 2nd line and port out my old Sprint number then port it back in on her account and use my current Sprint note 3.
That's what it seems like. It worked for me. S3 was on Sprint's postpaid acct 2 yrs ago. Then used it on R+ and Ting till 2 months ago.

Will sprint allow you to port in/change phone numbers after the line is active on the free plan? I have a separate number on Ting attached to an ineligible device that I'd like to keep. I've been keeping the Ting line active until I'm on the free plan.
No. You can't change the number for the first 4 months

Can this swap be done online? Or do you have to call in to get a CS rep to do the swap for you?

I'd like to use my S5 on an already activated line.
online swap will give error in most case. it will tell you to call or chat. Just dont go to store.

no, never got it to work, or the 2 samsung note's i tried, a 3 and a 4.

Decided sprint just isnt for me, if its starting off that bad, screw it. plus the no data use while on a call is a bit of a deal breaker. im in real estate, i need to look stuff up when im on a call often, so that kills it.
This is a cdma issue so both Verizon and Sprint will have the same issue

A little late in the game to be trying to get in on this, but has anyone been able to get a Moto X Pure to work for this?
I am on tello (from Ring plus originally) and when I check the device it says not compatible even though the list includes the Moto X Pure.
All tello phone need to port to non Sprint mvno to be eligible.
Not going to waste time for the same question., please do search on the thread to find out the necessary procedure

Promo is extended to 8/30 so you have time. Cheapest phone eligible are the carrier unlocked Motorola. Do not attempt to buy Verizon branded Motorola- they won't be allowed due to their esn not bring on Sprint whitelist even though technical capability and bands are compatible. I think g4 or g4 play from Amazon warehouse is the cheapest.

You can always port it to T-Mobile prepaid first then port over to Sprint for the promo with the help of Sprint telesales

Samsung note 3 can talk and surf same time on Sprint. I have one. Its one of the few devices that has 2 radio built in allow you to talk and use data.
