Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Is it your first bill or latter? Mine is the first and it does not have AutoPay discount.
Got auto pay discount from the very beginning. I saw a few people didn't get the discount on first bill.

i am on t-mobile business plan i would like to bring over all three lines

any suggestion best way to do this ?

i have iphone 6s and iphone 7 all unlock

i have sprint LTE sim card too

do i need to set up all individual or can i do all 3 lines into one account ?

any tips or suggestion would be great i like to make it smooth as possible i waited to see if there was any problems

thanks again
What model iPhone 7 do you have. If it is the Tmo version, it will not work with Sprint, does not have the correct radio hardware.

iPone 6s should be no problem, just call into Tmo and ask them to unlock it if it hasn't been already.

I have 12 Tmo business lines, successfully ported two lines with unlocked S8's, working on three more (waiting for unlocks to process).

I was told by a phone rep over the weekend that in order to get the auto-pay discount for the BYOD promo, it had to be done through the call center at the number on the BYOD promo. I told him I already signed up for auto-pay online and he insisted that would not trigger the discount.

Not sure if true or not, but what I was told. My first bill does not have the auto-pay discount.

Has anyone successfully been approved for the AA bonus recently? I'm seeing a few rejections recently.

Same with me. Mine is first bill. I chatted with them on Sprint and they said the Autopay discount will apply from my second bill onward.

Suggestion for $150 phone? What can i buy from the eligible phone list?
I think the Moto E and the Moto G4 Play are probably the cheapest ones. I got the E4 because some people complained about navigation not working well with the G4 Play. I got mine through Amazon for about $130, but you can probably get it a little cheaper. I just wanted to get it quickly because my current plan is ending at the end of this week. I've had it on Sprint for about 2 hours now. The internet seems pretty slow, but I don't know if it's the phone or Sprint. I probably need to change the APN. Hopefully that will help.

Same thing for me. In the app it says it's flex lease. Not sure what that is.

I think most people's say that. I guess will have to wait until 10/1/17 or 12/1/17.
From faq's.
If you signed up for the offer before 8/1/17, you can upgrade to a new Sprint phone by leasing or purchasing it in monthly installements after 10/1/17, and you'll still enjoy your free year of service. Any upgrades prior to 10/1/17 will require a plan change to Unlimited data, talk and text and you'll lose the remaining free months in your year of free service.

If you signed up 8/1/17 or later, you can upgrade to a new Sprint phone by leasing or purchasing it in monthly installements after 12/1/17, and you'll still enjoy your free year of service. Any upgrades prior to 12/1/17 will require a plan change to Unlimited data, talk and text and you'll lose the remaining free months in your year of free service.

Yes if you mean "calling plus" which allows simultaneous talk and data. Comintel mention it a few pages back.

If its the A1778, it will not work with Sprint. One of our phones is a Tmo iPhone A1178 and confirmed no-go so we are looking into other options for it.

Ok so I ported my Sprint sero phone number out to number barn on Sunday night and the port went through today. I called up to have a 2nd line added to my daughter's BYOD account which would be an iPhone 5C. The phone should have been eligible but it wasn't and the rep kept trying then she asked if I had another device, and I said I have a note 3, which I had been using on Sprint with the ported out number and she tried to add that and said it wasn't eligible then she said oh wait I think it is. Then she yes then asked for the Sim card number. Then she said oh wait it's already showing in my system. The only thing I had trouble with was porting back in. It was rejected because of the ZIP code not being entered. The porting department had to do it manually after I called back in to tell them it had been rejected. Everything is good and working now.

I was able to port the number right back in to Sprint with no issue. The only strange thing is that I spoke with one rep that was going through the activation process said oh hi and thanks for being a long time Sprint customer lol.
