Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Trying to get off a sero acct and move my Moto xp to the byod. I'd have to cancel my sero plan then resign as byod. How do I keep my number while doing this ? Need to port out to a prepaid? I have a Google voice #

could I just remove the Moto xp from my sero account, keep that account open for the time being, start a new BYOD with the Moto then pull my sero # onto this account and then close sero? I'd essentially have the sero account open with no phone at first then no number.
I've answered this a lot. I had sero ported out then brought the number back. Simple process.

I went thru 47 pages then stopped reading. What did u port out to? I'd like to port out and back in all on same day. Can it be done with Google voice? I have 1 moth left on 24 month agreement so I'll either aks for it to be waived to pay the pro rated amount left ($20ish).

Thanks in advance

tmobile prepaid is the quickest. less than 5 min to port out and less than 5 min to port in. But I suggest wait a day to port back in.

Just go to T-mobile store buy a Prepaid sim card. It cost about $10 or ask them give it to you for free if you lucky. Go home and activate the sim card online. It will ask if you want to transfer your number. Fill out your Sprint info such as account number, pin...

You dont need a phone for this. You can use any meid if it ask. You dont have a add money when create account. But I did add $10 when I first sign up to be safe. I transferred that line to Sprint on second day.

edit: make sure you set your pin and remember it. you need that to port out

Stopped in t mobile today. I asked about pre paid sim options. They started with a $50 plan. I told them I wanted the cheapest possible option and it was a $10 sim card activation then a $10 charge and 10 cents a min. What pre paid option did you do? What's it called?

cheapest is call pay as you go
PAY AS YOU GO
Starting at just $3/mo. for talk and text.
Add everything else you need.
Get 30 minutes of talk, 30 texts, or any combination of minutes and texts that add up to 30, for only $3/mo. After that, additional minutes and texts are only $0.10/each. Pay only for what you use.

I tried 3 devices today and site said none compatible???
  • Moto G4 unlocked
  • iPhone SE Verizon postpaid
  • iPhone 6S Tmobile unlocked
Best I can tell, all these devices should be compatible, so what gives?
Were they ever used on another Sprint MVNO?
