Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

PIN question, please. I signed up for the service and everything went through, so the sim cards are to be sent. However, on the order confirmation page it said to write down the PIN and save it, but I was not able to see the PIN, even printed it and went through, still nothing. Anyone had a similar issue?

Can anyone help me out on this one? I want to switch my parents over to this. They currently have crappy phones from the wal mart plan. What's the cheapest way I could get them over to Sprint on this deal? I can't seem to find any of these phones that are clearly unlocked and eligible for less than $100 apiece.

Sprint Expert: is it easy to swap device with my daughter phone? I mean my kid and I opened BYOD but we need to switch phones each other. I need hers and she needs mine. Do we have to get new sim cards? I heard Sprint recycles SIM card.
Anyway - wat is the best way to swap a device that is on Sprint active?
TIA
Sprint never makes life easier for itself and customers. It is called 3-way ESN swapping. Basically, you need a spare Sprint phone AND a spare SIM.

Say, if you want to even swap A<=>B, you need to do three steps 1) A-> C 2) B->A 3) C ->B . C phone/SIM are the spares in this case.

It has been answered before multiple times. It is the last 6 digits of your activation code.

Be note that there will be a 20cents per minute fee for unconditional call forwarding, though this plan is called unlimited
Do you have a link to that information, or are you assuming such because this new Unlimited Bring Your Own Phone plan is not listed explicity as having free un-conditional call forwarding.

Based on chats with a few CSR's, they seem adamant that this plan includes free un-conditional call forwarding.
