Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Sorry, but could not find proof on the Sprint website that there is no ETF and that I can cancel the line after 12 months without any charges.

Are you nuts? Don't you remember how much you paid total each month? How many minutes were you getting at that time?

The apps work fine on anther phone (moto g5 plus on sprint). Just not working on moto e4/e4 plus.
Maybe the e's want to use DNS then, I don't know. Now that you mention it, I don't recall the issue on ring plus with an iPhone.

i recently moved my nexus 6p / my wife's nexus 5X successfully without any issues.
couple of tips for others ,

1) i was on Project fi family plan & when i decide to take this offer, i moved my wife's phone to an individual account.

2) cancelled fi service & ported number to google voice.
3) when number port is complete, unlocked the google voice number for port out
& had a call with fi support & requested them to de-register my phone & told them i am trying to use sprint service & i got error message my phone isn't eligible.
they had advanced support on call & removed my IMEI number from their servers.
as soon as they does that, my IMEI/phone number are eligible on sprint site.
4) went ahead & ordered the sim with overnight shipping (use AMEX card to get 10% off of all charges by sprint/att/vzw.)
5) once i got the sim, activated the sim
& i was getting only 3g or no data at all, i tried all the tricks available, nothing works.
& THIS IS CRUCIAL.
YOU MUST RESET THE PHONE TO ITS FACTORY SETTINGS.
THEN ONLY YOU WILL GET LTE & THE SERVICE WORKS AS EXPECTED.

6) if you want to minimize the work after factory reset, please sync all your accounts/whatsapp(to google drive)/ your photos (to google drive).
& then reset, so you will be able to get them back as soon as factory reset is done.

did the same for my wife, except i bought sim from local best buy & called them to activate a line on my account..

REMEMBER, FACTORY RESET IS THE CRUCIAL PART TO GET THE SERVICE AS EXPECTED.

Setup a Moto X Pure, ported from Google Voice. The port didn't complete normally, so I had to call in for activation. Signal is pretty solid where I am right now. Curious how it will do when I start travelling. Anyone found how to add the $5/mo enhanced service in Japan?

Want to bring everyone attention to service section of your lines. I added two lines over the phone, and each line was added unwanted services without my permission by crooked CSRs. One line was added "Total Equipment Protection" for $13 a month for an Iphone 5c! Another line was added Premier Caller ID trial ($2.99).

I removed Equipment protection online (2 days after signup). I am wondering whether I would still be charged for 1 month of service ($13) for my first bill?
For my first line I refused the TEP. The 2nd line I said I wanted it it at the very beginning and it changes their motivation of wanting to get your phone activated. I think that's why she tried really hard to get my note 3 signed up. I went and canceled the TEP when I remembered a few days ago. It gets prorated.
