Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Had my nexus 6 on ringplus then switched to ting with sprint sim. Deactivated my n6 from ting almost a week ago and it still can't past the sprint verification. Device keeps coming up as ineligible. Thoughts?

I have four lines under this plan. 3 lines are in use. 4th line , i have used in a phone in the first month then i stopped using the number because I had the give away the phone to someone else. Would this still be flagged by SPRINT ?
Line needs to be used or it will be flagged. Find a cheap phone or get rid of the free line.

I suggest you seriously reconsider your decision. IMHO, VZW Iphone 5 is the worst phone you could use in Sprint network. It has only Band #25, lacks #26 (LTE and 3G voice) and #41 (LTE-advanced band). Considering Sprint shity network, sooner or later, you will have coverage and download speed problem.

Moto G5 plus supports all three bands. If you want to stick with Iphone, you need Iphone 6 and higher models with band #41 support.
thanks. I am using IPHONE SE Smilie

I am new to the smart phone world, so please bare with me and any help would be appreciated.

I currently have an old dumb phone (no data) on a Verizon plan.

I'd like to buy a brand new Moto G5 Plus phone to bring to Sprint for this 1 year promotion.

To take part in the promotion, does the G5 need to be activated on Verizon first or can I just activate new on Sprint & just port my phone number to Sprint?

Thank you much!
Just activate new on Sprint & just port phone number to Sprint. Make sure you have the correct SIM card first.

here is post

NOTE: It looks like H2O is requiring an airtime pin for Verizon port outs
Here is a link to see if H2O requires airtime pin to port in the number. Substitute your number below and see the value of pinrequired.

Is there an easy way to get H2O to unlock it for porting and get the code needed without calling them?

I have a whole cup of sim cards. How do I know if my sprint sims will work? Some of these sprint sims came from MNVO sprint phones. Is there special #s to look for on these sims?

I bought a Moto G4 Play Unlocked version (XT1607). It is brand new, never activated. But the IMEI won't pass the Sprint checker. Any idea why?

By Activation if you mean open a new 1YBYOD, that was out of question 'not eligible'.

I'm trying to swap Moto E2 into my existing 1YBYOD line. If you see the discussion on that, there are various issues like FED, Flag, Lost/Stolen...

I'm trying but not yet succeeded in swapping. I'll post final outcome either way.
It has been a while. Any luck of swapping Moto E2?

It is most likely your device was not whitelisted by Sprint. As mentioned by other posts, you need to check with Ting BYOD checker first, which has direct access to Sprint DNA2 database, and will add your device automatically.

I'm having the same issue, confirmation page doesn't list the PIN although it claims to. Do you mean confirmation code ? Thanks.
I was the OP for that question. Nothing to worry. Once you receive the sim card and go through the activation process, you will get the pin once it is done. For me that was after I submitted the porting info, and should be the same for you as well

Yes, I called 1-866-782-8777 yesterday and rep took my info and did Sim activation. The number transfer was done in like 5 minutes for me.
