Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Got the T-Mobile card but it was not easy...T-Mobile branded store wanted $25...bestbuy and target stopped carrying T-Mobile in the past year...Costco rep gave me one for free ONLY because the can't do pay as you go in store...
Got 5 tmobile sims at Apple Store a few months back. The girl at the front literally said I could get as many as I wanted. Of course ymmv. Five minutes later I went back and got two Verizon sims from same girl.

any concern of signing up via a telephone call to sprint?

i mean, they will do a credit check which involves giving your social security number on a phone to a human probably overseas (Philippines i am guessing)

makes me a little nervous
I did it via phone and so far so good. No issues to report back. I ended up going to the sprint store (on the way home) and just buying the sim for $10, yea i saved three bucks because i'm cheap laugh out loud

I swear I haven't seen any girl working for T-Mobile ...I delt with 5 -6 guys...maybe that's why I lost so much time

The one from T-Mobile that calmly asked for $25 I was so close to punch him in the face. Years back I promised myself I won't go to jail for less than $30...I did the math quick and $25 plus tax was lower than &30 ...so I just left the store

Boost phone won't work on sprint without passing FED
Quote from desi_babu_2010 :
enter the info (imei and cell number) on the sprint website and it will tell u

use a friends mobile number (that is not on sprint or any of its mvno's)
just to check eligibility
Thank you guys. I checked on the sprint website. It says not compatible since there is balance owed to Sprint.

If you use an imei cleaning or debarring service the boost phone might work on sprint

Does this plan support visual voicemail, I have a Moto G4 which has support for visual voicemail.
But get no visual voicemail on sprint network. Do I need to activate it, or sprint has a separate charge for it.

Unfortunately no. You're limited to CDMA phones. A7 is GSM only

Is there any way we could get people to add to the wiki what phone model and cell service provider combination they tried to port in from, and whether that worked or not? Might help with figuring out what phones or services to try porting from. I can edit the wiki to include this section so people can add to it, if ya'll think it'll help.

When trying to create a sprint online account, I'm getting a: Hmm... The number you entered doesn't seem to be valid. Please check the number and try again.

I already have service on sprint however I'd like to view my bill/account info. Has anyone else run into this problem or has a solution?

Thanks

yep that was it. It did take about 30 minutes from beginning to end so schedule yourself some time or do on the weekend.
