Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

After only 4 days, I got my first bill.

08/25/17 - 08/25/17 CHARGES
$58.80
AutoPay for $58.80 on 09/18/17

But it does say under details
Unlimited Talk, Text and Data. Line 1: $65 ($10 savings until 9/30/18); Line 2: $45; Lines 3-5: $35 (Free until 9/30/18 w/AutoPay);

Will chat tomorrow to get those charges removed.

What number did you call for the credit? My next payment bill is $8.34.

Call trouble ticket support at 888-211-4727.
They'll credit the erroneous Autopay $5 charge or address other billing issues.
The reps there can also help with porting issues.

Go to the link in the OP, I included it here:

https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/of...mited.html

Under the "Get Started" button the fine print states:

Savings until 9/30/18; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 & $30/mo./line for lines 3-5.
Reqs. AutoPay (discount applied w/in 2 invoices), new account, bring your own eligible device & Sprint SIM card.
Savings claim compared to Verizon Unlimited rate plan for 1 line as of 5/31/17.
Data deprioritization during congestion. Other monthly charges apply.**
Thank you.

By the way, I was one of those who got a "credit check" error when I tried to sign up online. (It was because I used to have a Sprint account years ago.)

So I called that special 866-782-8777 number (which goes to the Philippines and customer service agents who are specializing in this offer!)

They were very nice, helpful, and efficient! ... They 3-way called the credit department and everything got done quite quickly and easily (especially since I had bought a sim card from a local Sprint Store).
Good stuff

let wife or anyone else open up a new paid account, did this with 5 lines and every week i've been upgrading like crazy. you can upgrade as long as you have paid off the phone. once phone is paid off and upgraded to a new one, this phone line will be de activated and can be used with the free 1 year byod.
I have 5 IPhones SE from bestbuy deal, I have paid them off but still on paid sprint account. I have unlocked 2 my att iPhones that compatible with sprint, will put them on this plan today, any way to reuse sprint sims from paid account? What is the price of sprint Iphone when upgrading, do you get any sprint rewards?

Yes you can re use sims, and I do my upgrades through Best T. They offer better deals than sprint. They just charge you activation fee and I get Best Buy mobile rewards plus whatever gift card a particular phone offers.

I tried to search and read wiki but could not find what I was looking for. I want to port an iPhone (bought unlocked from apple store) on Tello to Sprint. Sprint is showing the device as ineligible.

Talked with Sprint Phillipines CSR and they told me to call Tello to release the phone. When I called Tello they said they will automatically release the phone if Sprint requests it.

Appreciate any ex-Tello folks sharing their experience (may be add it to Wiki in the process).

Your Tello line is not eligible because Tello is a Sprint MVNO.

edit:
You need to port your line to a different carrier and then to Sprint.

Thanks. I looked that some folks ported to H2O and then Sprint. That will only work if this deal gets extended into September.

Best B? I tried to sign up online for this deal but they can't confirm my credit online. My wife is on paid sprint account, should I apply for free account in her name or finish with mine on the phone? Thanks!
