Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Who thinks this deal will roll over to Sept ?
I do.

The -30 DAY DEAL- is an in store/other channels promo to drum up business without killing everyone.

The online 1 year deal still says "Limited Time Offer" and does not have any ending date. It can end tomorrow.... but the offer has ALWAYS said free service until 9/30/2018. Why would it be "1 year free. Savings until 9/30/18" if the deal doesn't end 9/30/17??

I think that has been the plan from the start. It has always said "Limited Time Offer" and according to slickdeals it's been "pushed back" about 10 times now...

The link is still live as of posting and still says "Savings until 9/30/18". Check back in a few hours and find out.

On a different note - the order confirmation page talks about a PIN that customer will need to contact sprint and create sign in for sprint.com but I don't see any PIN on it. Did anyone else notice this? Or am I missing it as I am sleepy? ☺️

I had the same problem with the PIN not showing up. It was because of Microsoft Edge. When I shifted over to Chrome the PIN showed up on the page when printed. Lately, Microsoft Edge has been pretty glitchy with regard to using my printer to print things off the web.

FYI, I switched service from T-Mobile to Sprint. T-Mobile service and speed far surpasses Sprint. On Sprint I can barely connect to the internet half the time without it timing out. When this "free" year of service is over, I will be switching back to T-Mobile. Even Verizon is slower than T-Mobile in Denver.

Have you tried to turn off 4g/LTE in your cellular settings? You might have a stronger 3G signal in your area.

Received my sim for my iPhone 6 Plus (T-Mobile version) and was able to call in and setup my account all within 30 mins. Wifi Calling is working fine and I'm actually getting better download speeds than my AT&T Prepaid plan that I had. Can't believe that this worked!!! FYI I'm in the West Covina, CA area. Will be in the Echo Park and Chinatown in LA throughout the weekend. Hopefully Sprint's service holds up. Thank you OP and all the other people who participated in this forum. All that reading made me super prepared to setup my account and made the whole process super easy.

I called the (866)782-8777 number and spoke to a rep from the Philippines. Had my account # and pin from my AT&T Prepaid plan. Also had my SSN#, CC info, and billing info. I was approved for up to 5 lines, so according to the rep as long as this promo is still going on I can add up to 4 more lines for free under this plan. I'll have to test the service before I convince my wife and mother-in-law to change. I'm hoping that my T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus will be OK on the Sprint network but only time will tell. I'm also going to really monitor my bill to make sure I'm not charged for anything other than taxes, fees, and surcharges. According to the rep it should only come out to $7 at most.

Good luck to anyone else trying to get on this plan!

P.S.
According to the rep this plan will be good until the end of September. Hopefully that's true but do remember that according to Sprint's site they can cancel or change this promo at any time so do jump on this plan ASAP.

P.S.S.
Next on my list is trying to get that Sprint iPhone SE phone for $72 without messing up this free BYOD plan.
