Where did you register? I'm confused why they are denying some of the bonuses (and even there, I don't see where in the terms and conditions of the offer that the BYOD plan is excluded) but granting others.

I wonder if they added that language after the fact. I read all the terms and conditions when I signed up in June, and I never saw any language like that.

Yup. Confirmed in Wayback -- this language was NOT in the terms and conditions back in June. They can't change the terms of the deal after-the-fact when I've already accepted them, and it induced me to switch over. https://web.archive.org/web/20170...A1yearfree

So I can set up the acocat in the store and have them not add any plan, and then just call the 1800 number to have them get me the sims and they already put me on the plan. or i need to have the sim cards before.
Yes, that is absolutely correct. The store rep will check your drivers and then call their finance to confirm who will then also speak to you to to verify three questions from your public information available Once verified, hand the phone back to the rep who will complete the account process for you, will have an account number and a 6-digit that you will have created at that time.

Then call the 866 number. The agent on the phone (when you call) might ask if you have Sprint SIM and some ICCID# on it that you can give, just say I don't have Sprint account (if you indeed don't), and nor does the store have it ... and therefore no SIM as of now. Can you please get it shipped to me?

I believe those agents work on individual sales and they want to be the one to close the deal so will send the SIM and schedule to call when your SIM arrives so they can set up the service.

As of now, I am expecting my SIM delivery tomorrow and probably call from the agent tomorrow itself.

Then why did the terms and conditions needs to be revised to exclude the BYOD plan?

Also, the terms and conditions of the AA promo specified which accounts were not eligible -- this was not one of them. ("Excludes SDP and CL accounts, upgrades, replacements and new line activations from Sprint entities or providers associated with Sprint (i.e. Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile, Sprint Prepaid and Assurance).")

Did you buy the sim card online, or did you get it from the apple store, I heard corporate sotres if you bring your own sim will be able to call for you and get you the free service, Im i right.
I bought the sim online from Sprint. I did the Sprint IMEI check online, found out phone was eligible, and then ordered the sim. It took a few days to arrive and then I activated online. Never had to speak to a CSR once.

I have MOTE e (Sprint) and LG Tribute 2 (Virgin Mobil)
I used them on RingPlus for a few months but as you know Ring Plus is gone.
How did you initially get the MotoE ? If Sprint Prepaid, it aint gonna work.
Otherwise, change PLBL to SPSC.

Scam alert!

A friend of mine signed up for this deal. Right on the day he got the sim cards, he got a call from an 800#. They said they were calling from Sprint, knew all the details from his application, got all his info. (SIM card, current carrier info and IMEI number, etc). When they asked for his SSN and credit card, he refused to share it. They insisted he call back a Sprint number (something along the lines of 1877-sprint1 or some such) and it was the same people. Long story short, his IMEI numbers were compromised and are currently being used by someone else on Sprint. His current carrier agreed to support his phones given the situation.

Watch out guys..

Story doesnt make sense. If they were able to compromise without any info from your friend, why did they even call him ?
