Ported four lines. I see that sprint added sprint surcharges of $9.56 . Is that correct?
Quote from lou2004 :
less than $2.50 per line. Consider you're lucky and got a good deal. I'm paying $3.50 per line.
my 2nd bill posted.
see attached

$2.39
the $5 auto pay discount was automatically deducted this time.
(first bill , had to call in to request it )

I'm running into a problem with my autopay CC that I've seen before on other services where it is trying to charge it as a debit or atm card

- for example my cable isp does the same thing but has an option to charge the card as a real credit card

on sprint, if you edit the payment method on the mobile website, it shows an option to change the payment method from debit/atm to credit card - however it never saves the selection

do I have to call sprint and go through half a dozen people again to fix this?

So, a Sprint iPhone 8 Plus is as good as a Apple Unlocked iPhone 8 Plus? or am I misunderstanding......
A Sprint iPhone 8 is the same as Verizon iPhone 8 and is the same as unlocked iPhone 8 in Apple Store. As long as you make sure the Sprint phone is unlocked, not just GSM unlocked, it would be exactly the same as Verizon and Apple Store's variant.

In the past, I've heard people saying Sprint only unlock their iPhone for connecting to international carriers but still lock the phone for AT&T and T-Mobile even though both runs on the same GSM network.

Better is still to buy from Apple Store or Verizon as you don't need to unlock the phone. Sprint is poorly managed in my opinion after this experience dealing with them.

Does anyone know if an Account Manager on VZW can port a number out to their own name on Sprint?

Essentially I am the only line left on my Verizon account which has my mother listed as the Account Owner. If I start the process for Sprint, will they let me port? Or do I have to transfer ownership to myself THEN port?

I plan on giving Sprint a call, just thought someone may have done this process already.

edit: chatted with sprint and they don't know their head from their a*s, so input is welcome

As long as Verizon will approve it when submitted by Sprint, should go through. Best just try it.

As long as you have the Verizon account # give your mothers name and pin correct it would work is my thought. If they ask ssn last four ( do not give your mothers as there is no validation ) this is based on my experience for tmo .. hopefully it would work for Verizon too. They do not care if sprint ac name and port numbers account name are different
