I recently recommended a colleague to sign up for this offer. She called the Promo Number and successfully signed up for the BYOD Free Year Plan. I went over her house yesterday, and had her sign into her online account to see if all was in order. Everything in her online account about appears to be in order (Plan is correctly listed as Unlimited - Bring Your Phone, and estimated costs are just a few dollars in taxes). However, one thing seems out of order. If you go from her Dashboard to Manage Plan>+See Details, she gets the following:

-Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
-Unlimited Talk, Text and Data.
-$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. ($60/line value free with AutoPay until 10/31/18)
-10GB Mobile Hotspot.
-International Text from US.
-Requires $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.
-Savings until 10/31/18; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for lines 3-5 with
AutoPay.

As you can see, the date is listed twice as 10/31/18. This is the same sdate as in my own account that was opened in September. However, her account was opened on Black Friday, and was a new account as of that day (she has NEVER previously had any account with Sprint.

Anyone have any explanation. Do any others who check see this (maybe not a bad idea to check)? If it's an error, how to fix it?

That's the end date of the plan, not sure what you're expecting to see.

Oh! Thanks for the reply. This is better to have clarity. Now, I know, I can't double dip w/ this BYOD & the prepaid Visa card offer.

You can probably try putting in your info but don't expect to get it.

I thought it was extended to 1/31/19. Isn't that what others who have recently signed up for this plan are seeing if they go to Dashboard>Manage Plan>+See Details?

Does anyone know whether the MetroPCS Moto E4 will work on Sprint postpaid, after the 3 month unlock?

I know Boost and Virgin won't work on Sprint. I've never dealt with Metro so I'm not sure if the Metro version of Moto is like the unlocked version.

If the flag issue is the only obstacle, I'm not worried as that can be fixed.

They will not accept a phone previously on a Sprint Prepaid MVNO even if the flag is flipped.

I received my sims yesturday but was waiting until tonight to activate my phones.

I just got a unsolicited call from Sprint saying that they would like to help me activate through the phone. He was pretty pushy about insisting I activate through him not online. I said to call back tomorrow because I'm planning to activate online tonight.

Anyone else experience this? I'm just paranoid that he trying to activate me on the non-free account?

My unlocked Iphone 6 from Boost Mobile (a Sprint MVNO) was signed up to this plan without any issue four months ago.
