The only ways so far are:
(1) Move the phones to a new plan under a different SSN (spouse etc.)
(2) Drop off completely for 45 days . Then you will be a new customer (but only after 45 days with no account)
Thanks very much for the info comintel

I got some issues and need advice how to fix it. When I ported 5 lines in, they did 3 right and 2 wrong. The agent was clearly hard of hearing or dyslexic and typed in the wrong phone number off by 1 digit. Anyway they didn't port the number correct so they were able to fix it when I called back.

However, the agent that ported the correct number couldn't put me on the 1 year free plan so put me on a temporary VZN 50% off plan for the 2 phones and said they would put a message in to support to change it to the correct plan.

Well that happened for 1 line and the other line never got changed over. I called them half a dozen times and waited 3 days between calls. I called customer service/billing 1-855-216-0821 and they couldn't do anything.

Telesales (866-782-8777) said they would send an email on the 3 times I called in but I never hear back.
They also keep telling me they send an email to the back office but can't give me a ticket number or email me confirmation. Last time I called he disconnected me and didn't call back - I highly suspect these guys on telesales work on commission and not in their interest to give support to fix a line they screwed up.

Sprint already billed me $25 this month for the "free" plan and it's on autopay to charge me. How do I fix this? What's the best number to call?

Thank you!

I ported over 5 lines with this promo and they put one of the lines on a crazy $150 a month plan and I was not able to figure out how to fix it. I will be using this contact info.

FYI to ppl still trying to do this promo. The wiki says to not do the credit check w/o sim in hand, but I did it like that. Called 8777 #, approved, acct created and bought sim from same rep. Sim delivered, called same # to activate and 15 mins later it was done. Maybe I got lucky. YMMV.
I'd say you definitely got lucky!

Choice (2) is very risky because the offer might close off while you are on the outside with no account.
If I go with Option 1 and open an account under spouse, do I need to port out of Sprint then port back in?

As stated a few posts back, some reps are definitely hard of hearing. Once we were done creating the BYOD acct he kept offering a free tablet with (w/ $20 a month for internet I think). I politely said no, but he kept pushing. I told him I'm not interested. He repeated that the tablet was free. I finally had enough and said "can I get it w/o the internet/no strings attached?" He said "you need the internet" and I said "well, then it isn't free".....and we both had a good laugh.

I switched today from T-Mobile and I added my 2 lines. Everything went smoothly. I also added my celluar apple watch to the plan as well. Will have adding the watch have any adverse affects to affecting my 1 year free service?

Nope. It says ok if you add it but it does not actually get added. I spoke to various reps to no avail.
They give you the lower-value Global Roaming package instead and you can add various add-ons one by one to that.
But by default, call to Canada are prohibitively expensive at 49 cents a minute. They are one cent on Tello which uses Sprint and free on the main Sprint paid plan.
So I am not actually going to be all that sad when this plan ends.
Without any add ons what is roaming in Europe deal ? Going to be in UK and Spain, will ikely get a local sim but if I use my Sprint will it be 20 cents a min and free 2g data by default without signing up for anything ?
