Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I think it is because you answered a question "wrong" rather than an issue of credit score.
The identity verification service is provided to Sprint by Equifax or similar. A lot of the info, in their database is wrong so sometimes a correct answer is treated as wrong.
If you want, you can contact this person and she may override (she has done so for some):

Marci Carris
SVP Customer Management
6200 Sprint Parkway
Overland Park, Kan. 66251
(913) 323-3931
[email protected]

Officially they recommend going to a store with lots of ID to create an empty account to people who have no credit record at all. Maybe it could also work after a problem with the identity quiz - it could be worth a try. Marci Carris may be a surer bet.

If you do try at a store, I would recommend going to a Sprint corporate owned store. (The independent stores are totally sales commission oriented).
If they will do it, you want to have them set up an empty shell account in your name. Then go home and call the 8777 number to actually add the plan. This is because the stores are not trained in this online-only plan and often accidentally or whatever create a paid account if you let them go one step too far.

I cannot guarantee the store method would work after an identity quiz problem. I do not know if they are bound by the 60 day denial. It might work as the stores do have a lot of experience with these issues. The main issue is if they care enough to fight for a free plan customer. Some probably would. Marci Carris is not bound by the 60 days.

Wouldn't the bigger problem be that this promo may not still exist in 60 days?

Officially you are not allowed to re-apply for 60 days after a denial , but Marci can have Executive Credit override the automated decision by verifying identity using an alternate manual method, and has done so for some posters here.

Then he could activate right away on Monday or Tuesday.

Stores may be able to do so also - I do not know.

I'll start with email. Does that number go straight through to Marci, or is it a general contact for Sprint?

I believe it goes straight to her because people have mentioned leaving her voicemail.

A secondary contact is
Elise Manzo
VP Customer Service

Overland Park, Kan. 66251
(913) 315-4477
[email protected]

but usually people contact Marci.

The number provided for Marci goes to a general Sprint prompt at the moment. The number provided for Elise goes to her voicemail.

Is this speed normal for this service with unlocked GSM device in NYC?

1st
Down: 4.69 Mbps
Up: 5.06 Mbps

2nd
6.97/8.02

Both were tested with Sprint server.
I was going to say thats bad, but after I just ran it on mine and I am getting barely 4Mbps down at home..Brand new iPhone 6s..yes has all the Sprint 'Bands'. This is what makes Sprint what it is today.
See attached

But if the promo ends on Jan 31st, it's a moot point. Nothing to appy for in 60 days.

Right - Hopefully it should not take more than a day or two to resolve.

If you do not have wifi and/or want or need cellular data at home, contact Sprint Customer Service and they may give you a free Magic Box for home There are posts that these are in stock right now. They gave me one a long time ago and I get 50 Mbps now.

It needs the phone to have band 41 . I think all iPhone 6S models have that but some earlier and later non-Sprint iPhone models do not.
