I am revising this post to suggest calling LeNovo Motorola to check what is going on.

I know that this promotion is not valid with any other offers but just curious if anyone has tried adding Hulu on the "Services You Can Add" menu on their dashboard as I see adding Hulu for free is one of my options.

Got on this deal with an unlocked Moto E4 and an ebay Tmobile prepaid number. I wanted to test Sprint coverage before jumping in. Surprisingly, where I live near San Francisco, Sprint LTE Band 41 has pretty good signal (except some indoor areas) and the CDMA network is quite solid. Their customer service also was very patient and spent almost an hour to help me get me signed up.

The only thing that sucks is how Sprint controls the device associated with the phone line by recording a specific device IMEI and does not allow arbitrary phones to swap in the SIM card without whitelisting and recording the IMEI. This is not a great setup for people used to BYOD-jumping between carriers. I don't know if they realise how inhibiting their mechanism is.
Which model of e4 did you use? I purchased two prime exclusive unlocked e4 from Amazon and sprint refused both saying they were international versions and incompatible

By all means try but it will not work. The web site shows all options available on paid plans - for example it shows Premium Intl Experience which you can also select and even get confirmed but it will be automatically cancelled the next day for those on this plan. (I tried twice and bugged them).

Quite a few people tried it and it did not work.

The following quote is from the Hulu web site:

Are there any exclusions?
Sprint Pre-paid brands -- Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile or Sprint Forward customers are excluded at this time.
Phone lines on Seasonal Standby or BYOD-Unlimited are excluded
Basic phones, Tablets, MBB, Sprint Phone Connect, Magic Box, Airave or Apple Watch, Samsung Gear are excluded
Sprint corporate and business accounts are excluded

I bought mine from Best Buy. Specifically, this phone [bestbuy.com]. It has an offer to combine it with a Cricket refill card which brings the price down by $40 or so.

Maybe the Amazon one was a problem because Amazon mixes inventory with third party sellers on their side and you ended up getting a third party seller's international version. You can also try sprint's IMEI checker to verify the phone before you buy.

Hmm I think if it were me and I just bought one from Amazon that would not activate, I would call Moto-LeNovo customer support Monday to find out what is going on.
After all they do give a manufacturer's warranty on their phones.
They will be able to tell you from the IMEI whether the phone is legitimate and appropriate for use on Sprint or not. It sounds as if maybe the answer may be that it is not.
Or, it still could be a mixup.

Can someone provide a step by step guide on how to move a phone from Google Project Fi to this deal? It's for a "friend" who is too dumb to figure it out on his own and/or too lazy to wade through the 1,000+ pages in this thread. Thanks in advance.

Apologies if this is already addressed somewhere. Does anyone know if I can port a line out AT&T prepaid in order to port back in under a new SSN?

Billing chat is an easy way to remove them (or at least credit them back which is equivalent).

Sure you can.
I used AT&T Prepaid on the way in to Sprint, after porting out of Sprint-based Tello, which is a very similar route.
