You have to call 1-866-782-8777 to sign up with your own sim. (You cannot use your own sim if you use the web page to enrol). It's that simple.
Thanks. Is it possible to combine with 20K AA miles offer?

Not positive but wondering if its a simple extra step that I can try and see if it will help

No it is excluded explicitly by name on the Sprint web page for this offer.

"May not be combinable with other offers, including but not limited to AAA, AA, Credit Union, Premium International Experience, Port in credits, Visa Prepaid Reward Cards, Referral Rewards programs and IB/Lease promotions"

You cannot do the Hulu promotion either.

Many people have tried all of those already.

The Tidal promotion for new Sprint subscribers is open to us if it is still going.

Her Nexus 6 is far out of the manufacturers warranty. I'll have her contact Sprint and see how their warranty works. Thanks again sir.
By the way I guess it could just be a dead battery?

Or a bad charger (I imagine you've tried swapping chargers though).

Anyway to get around the no phone swap for 4 months rule? Would like to change my wife's Nexus 6 to a note 8 I just bought
You can swap whenever you want. So yes you can swap your wife's Nexus 6 with the Note 8 you just bought at any time.

If you want to upgrade the phone via Sprint's upgrade portal, there is a 4 month (120 day) rule.

Currently Sprint doesn't support Simultaneous Voice and Data (SVD) , but I heard some markets have rolled out VoLTE ( Voice over LTE ) so Data and calling might be working for them simultaneously. For more in-depth about what it is - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IHBeMy26324 . But Sprint is only major carrier in the US that can not do simultaneous Voice and Data on the iPhone.

But see if your phone is android and supports calling plus

On my device it is Settings -> Network -> Calling Plus -> LTE Calling (Beta)

I personally prefer paying the extra $2 for instantaneous ports from TMobile

For T-Mobile prepaid, is there a way to check the status of the port-in online? And for porting out from T-Mobile, I presume the account # is the phone number, and use the PIN set at account initiation?

I'm using it on an LG G6. Must have a really good LTE signal or I miss calls. Do be beware of that. Hopefully it will improve

That is a good question - you could ask the EBay seller if there is a way - but it should port out instantly so no need to check status. Otherwise Sprint should tell you what happened.

Theoeretically you could call Tmobile Number Transfer Center at 1-877-789-3106 but I do not know if they would recognize you as the account holder or would require that.

My seller used a 6 digit port pin. When I gave this to Sprint, they asked me - is that the pin you normally used to access your account when you call in? I said yes. That was the wrong answer and they would not do the port.

It turns out the account pins are 4 digits. Those are the default also for porting. But if you (in this case the seller) set a port pin it is 6 digits. The port was instantaneous.

Once I understood that, I knew to answer "No it is a port pin" which worked fine when I did so.

Yes - I had to switch off Calling Plus as my calls would drop. I even have Sprint Magic Box.

I have no problems on my S8+ with LTE Calling or Wifi Calling. (The name CallingPlus encompasses both of these by the way and is non-specfic to which you were using -which were you using that gave you problems? I assume LTE Calling since that was mentioned?)

Hi, I tried searching this threat but I could not find the answer.
Currently, I am on the Free One Year plan and it will expire in 07/2018. Before that day, can i port out from Spring and port in back to get another free 1 year ( Same SSN)?
Thank you.

I currently have both Wi-Fi and LTE calling enabled on calling Plus.
I may toggle off LTE calling again though as this is where my problems arise.
