Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

How did you try to signup? Through an agent or online?
Also, when you signup online, it shows $10 for sim card shipping. Any way to avoid that?
I already signed up a month ago and tried to do a swap with the G6 Play and was told no

Oh ok. What about the signup process. Did you signup online and is there a way to avoid shipping fee on sim?

I signed up online and just paid the $10 for shipping to make it easier, you can buy a sim elsewhere but you must match the sim to the correct phone

How did you do it? I need a cheap phone to port in to and seems like there are no good options on Swappa. I was hoping for a new phone so was thinking a Moto E4, but no one has mentioned a boost E4 (or even better new E5 Play) on here. Were your phones new in box or what?

TIA
Most boost phones cant be activated on Sprint, the G6 play can be when you have an agent willing to help.

If first you don't succeed with the G6 Play, try again. Some agents will do it and some wont.

Is this deal easier done by buying your sim through a boost mobile sim pack at a retail store and calling or by creating your account online and ordering a sim through sprint directly then activating it once you get it?
All the sims in the tripack did not work for any of my phones. If you have an iphone you can get one through the apple store.

The Boost G6 Play
What reason did he or she told you on chat?

Also did you verify imei if it shows eligible or not in sprint byod checkers or sprint 1year free page checker?

Perhaps you told them it's boost phone originally so try again with different rep or call them....and if it's eligible it should activate....if it's not eligible then some rep may add it to database ..otherwise boost phone should not be activated on sprint....it's sprint policy..buy other phone

I didn't tell the rep anything said its a Lenovo Moto G6 and the rep said its a prepaid phone and can not be used on Sprint and did I have another phone that I wanted to use

The only thing I can think of is someone else purchased the phone before I did and returned it.

What phones did you try with sim kit? The 506C should work with most older phones and iphone 5s-7. 416Q should work with iphone 8,X and newer phones like E4, S8. 506TQ should work with newer phones like S9, g6 play.

LG G3 and OG Pixel. I think the 506C partially works with the pixel. No way to verify until port in completes. If it ever does because the telesales was a dick and clueless.

No can do, apple store is too far away for me. Guess I'll just presetup my account online and order that ripoff $10.99 sim

I am pretty sure the boost tri kit should work for your iphone but its 10 bucks anyway.

Simple question: if I switch (from prepaid Tmo, currently) and it turns out sprint service in my area is unacceptable, am I able to leave before the 1 year is up?
