Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

A quick question , please help.

Now my spouse is trying to add mine and my sons lines from tmobile. The online rep is asking for tmobile account no. And last 4 digits of of acct holders SSN. When I ported to tmobile all I gave was my name and phone no. That's all. My spouse just cut the call.
What to do now ? Can we say its a pay as you go line, so ssn was not provided there ?
So when you guys called sprint online rep to add your spouses lines, did you say u r porting your numbers or spouses no. ?
Answer should be in Wiki but the Tmobile account number is 1phone number. I believe you need a 1 in front of the phone number----social security # can probably be your own last 4 digits if they ask. It shouldn't really matter on SS# you can give any number because obviously T Mobile doesn't have your SS#. I would probably use the SS# that the account is under (Sprint acct)

Was able to open an account last night and activate it with the $79 Moto G6 Play from Boost. The MEID came up as prepaid but the rep contacted the tech department to clear it and all was good.
Where can I get that phone new for that price? TIA

Most people are getting them at Walmart. It is the Boost Moto G6 PLAY Some of the Walmart s have them in lock up so you won't see them on the rack.

Thanks! I bit the bullet and decided to signup for the free year online. Thankfully my credit check went through without a hitch and I placed a order for a BYOD sim kit. I will port my number over to Sprint tomorrow.

Quick question, it says the $5 autopay credit doesn't start getting applied to your bills until after 3 billing cycles, so how much should my first bill be?

Also, when the end of my free year comes up, how do I cancel and close my Sprint account? Do I just simply port out my number to another provider/MVNO? I only ask because Sprint now has my SSN and credit and can try to bill me for service I don't have a line for anymore. I never had postpaid service by myself under my own SSN and credit, I've always been on prepaid after I left my parents ATT family plan years ago on my own.

Thank you
Where does it say that autopay credit doesn't apply until 3 billing cycles? Did something change because it's supposed to take affect immediately, at least that was the case when I got on it 2 months ago and as far as I know, nothing changed.

Check your local Walmart for the Boost G6 Play.

I'm sorry my mistake, I meant to say the $30 activation fee doesn't get applied until 2 to 3 billing cycles. I guess my first month's bill will be about $35 for one line right? Then after it will be $5.

I think you lost me on that! You got charged a $30 activation fee? There shouldn't be an activation fee. Go to your account online or on the app and check out the details on your dashboard and hit "View my bill" if it's up already. The only thing you should be charged are taxes and fees which varies depending on location. This is usually anywhere from approx $3 - $5 per month per line.

So I financed my Iphone SE from Sprint a little over a year ago and want to try to take advantage of this deal, would this work (I'm currently on Sprint, but the primary account holder is my sister, so they'll see a new SSN when signing up):

1. Pay off Sprint Iphone SE at the store/online

2. Use the Tmobile Sim link in the Wiki to port my sprint number to Tmobile

3. Check online for my device eligbility soon after porting to Tmobile

4. Go through the steps and set up an account with Sprint to get the unlimited 1 year

Was planning on doing all this in a day to make sure i get all the complications out of the way

I didn't activate my sprint account yet, my SIM is arriving tomorrow. I read on the FAQ on the sprint website about the promotion that the $30 activation fee is waived by being credited $30 on your 2nd or 3rd bill.

Have 2 lines started up in Nov of last year, ported in 1 extra line Jan of this year, currently end date all say Jan 31, 2019. If I port in 1 more line this month, will it extend the expiry date for all lines to June 30, 2019?

Good question.
Don't be surprised if it was a bug and Sprint start to bill you full price.

The expiration date of lines started in Nov. 2018 initially had an expiration date of Jan 31,2019 even prior to adding your extra line in Jan 2018.
If you add a line this month it will not change expiration date to June 30,2019. It will still be Jan 2019.
