Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yes or no would be more helpful.
if u cannot comprehend:

Quote from comintel :
You never need new Sprint sims. The cards are designed to stay with the phone for its life, regardless of ownership and account changes..
me saying yes or no will make no difference.

I'll probably try just to report back.

FYI, that woutfreesim code on Twigby not only made 3 SIM cards cost $0.00, it also charged me $0.00 for the "expedited" shipping that's normally $12.00. We'll see if they actually honor it.

They should honor it. I didn't get the expedited shipping but chose regular and did 2 different orders for 1 each and they both shipped and arrived the same day. The coupon at that time wouldn't allow more then 1 sim on the order for free but my cost was "0"

So.... When I port back to Sprint from T mobile can use the existing Sprint Sim card? Or do I go buy new ones ?🤔🤔
I answered your question. You are far better off understanding *why* something is true so that you can answer other related issues.

If I just say yes or no, you do not gain an understanding of the reasons why the answer might or might not apply in other circumstances.

But I intended it to be obvious that I was saying you do not need new sims. Was that really not clear? If it was unclear, then I would have worded it slightly differently if I had anticipated that.

Or are you saying that you do not want to know the reasons? If so, I think you are shortchanging yourself.

If people deal with Sprint sims without understanding their principles, they will not be able to use them efficiently without asking endless more questions.

Appreciate the clarification. Most of us don't live in telecom industry and are just trying to get a great deal. To some of you the answer is blatantly obvious but not to the average Joe.

To those other "experts" who has to mock us because we lack your knowledge in this field, please don't reply. We are here trying to get a good deal and do the best we can to navigate through the pitfalls of "porting", "changing sim cards" and what not.

Dear All:

I activate my FYOD 1 year account at the end of May 2019.

the 1st line port in was completed today.

However, my plan in Sprint website now shows "Unlimited Freedom V24" now, not unlimited free 1 year BYOD plan.

anybody know how to fix this problem. can I contact Ms. Marci in Sprint?

Thanks in advance.

no.

the reason why my plan changed should be I entered wrong PIN for the first time I port in my phone number.

so I cancel that port in and initiate another port in.

When you called, did you ask Sprint that you wanted the Free Plan?

You should never have trusted customer support. They usually say anything to get you off their back.
Probably they put you on the Unlimited Freedom $60/mo.
You could try to call them to get them change it to the Free Plan.

Yes you need Ms Marci to fix your issue. Dont waste your time with regular customer rep. They can't do anything. All they can do is submit ticket to their back office. Then tell you wait a week. After 1 week, nothing happen.

My 1 year sprint plan is coming to end this month. I am planing to get this deal on my wife's ssn.

This is my plan, please let me know if this is good

1) As per wiki will switch my number (Moto e4, bought unlocked from bestbuy year ago) to tmobile.
2) My wife phone number (iphone 8+ verizon) is on Tello. I will port her number to tmobile.
3) Call sprint for free plan and get the deal on my wife's ssn, port number from tmobile.
4) Once the account is setup, i am going to port my number to my wife's account.
5) I will not be needing any sim's as they are already sprint and tello phones.

In this process is there any chance iPhone will be ineligible for sprint as i am switching it from Tello?

Tello being a sprint MVNO may be a problem. You may need to get the database flag flipped. Please rep 'comintel' for this solution
The moto e should be no problem. You may want to do this one first and call later to add the iphone.

Extended the promotion for the second year. Just followed the instructions per the two posts on the wiki. Everything went through smooth and easy. Just takes abt 45 mins for each line for the whole process. Thanks for providing detailed information.
