Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Even though, this is a deviation from the OP, but quick question regarding Walmart return policy feedback from actual customers.

I bought the Moto G6 Play from Walmart. If I open it, can I still return to Walmart without the restocking fee? Thanks

You do not need to open it to activate it - details are on the outside.

Go to http://sprint.com/1yearfree and enter the IMEI and a phone number to port in to find out if it can work..

But I don't know how to access IMEI. After turning on it asks for the sim card to continue, how to bypass it? It's an iPhone and not so easy to remove the battery.

And when calling, watch for the "device protection" $13/month thing. I called twice, 1st rep set me up easy peasy without the DP thing. 2nd rep put it on there, and would not take it off. He said I can take it off myself by logging in. 2nd rep said it is prorated by the day, so the difference is a few pennies.

Funny how people can minimize a few pennies, dollars, hundreds, thousands when it is the other guy's money. My guess is that telesales is comped on how many DP plans they sell, regardless of whether or not the customer cancels it. I actually had a travel agent tell me "it's only fifty dollars"
Where in my Sprint account to check if there is "device protection" ?

Someone may have a way and post.

Or get a Sprint iPhone 6S sim card free at most apple stores.

When activating the Boost Mobile Moto G6 Play on BYOD, do I need to get a SIM card? Or is the SIM card already inside the phone which is already inside the unopened package???

I am using this https://help.ting.com/hc/en-us/ar...ghttingsim but I think it refers to the unlocked Moto G6 Play (not the Boost Mobile one)

Comes with it. The ICCID(sim) number is on the box.

Any Sprint-subsidiary-Branded prepaid phones (not all prepaid phones) are ineligible because they are sold subsidized.
If the phone served a full year on the intended carrier, then they may release it for postpaid, and there are a few other occasional exceptions but people can forget getting on all the normal prepaid Volts and HD Tributes etc. that they had on RingPlus, FP, Tello etc.
So I got my iP4s activated now! BUT service is not working, which isnt a big concern now since I got the last line ported back in from Tmo.

Re: iP4s swap - i called into Sprint since I wasnt getting any updates and got lucky that I found an agent actually able to help. He was able to activate based on the MEID vs IMEI. In basic, he told me he followed directions to get the swap to work - when he first tried IMEI and got an error code, then looked up the error code which advised him to use the MEID and it worked. Moral: level of service with Sprint is unpredictable so dont just rely on one agent - call back and even if they tell you "they created a ticket" or "will call you back". In my case, they just closed the ticket without even resolving one way or other.

To get my iP4s working, I will need a new SIM apparently. Agent tried to get me one through the order but they didnt have iP4s SIMs (old phone so makes sense). Any thoughts on where I can get one? They suggested corp store or I was thinking apple store but i think it will be slim chances.
