Successfully signed up for the plan. Got my first bill. It's showing charges for equipment protection plan which I declined. Which number do I contact to refute this charges? Same as signup 866-782-8777?
I did multiple chats to get this same issue resolved. First person told me the credit would be issued right away and I would see the bill update to the new total before the autopay -- Wrong. Second person told me the credit would issue to the second bill, so I should pay the amount actually due -- correct, but because I paid less than the full amount, they cut off service before the second bill was issued. When my son tried to make a call, it rerouted him to Sprint to make a payment. I also received a late fee on the second bill, along with the credit for the insurance. Third chat resulted in refunds of late fee and prorated cost for insurance.

I wish I had checked the online account for the status of the insurance before the first bill was issued. I mistakenly took the initial rep at his word when he acknowledged that I declined the insurance. And I was thinking I was so lucky because he didn't push back or hang up on me as others have reported. Guess not!

My monthly cycle is from Jul 12 to Aug 13. however, Auto pay already deducted the sprint surcharge + govt tax and fees on Aug 05.

is it Sprint practice to charge your card a week before the billing cycle ends?

does anyone have a screenshot of the plan details which included the 10GB hotspot? I signed up on July15th and the website was still showing the hotspot as an included feature. I opened a support case with sprint and they are saying they can add it if I can provide a screenshot. Thanks in Advance
Sprint removed it on July 14th. I signed up on 15th and there was no 10GB hotspot option either.

Here is one from July 9 if that will do:
https://web.archive.org/web/20180...:1yearfree

Maybe you can use this by cutting off the URL and top part of the page in the browser which shows the date 20180709. Expand the FAQ in question (What is Sprint's offer) before taking the screen shot. I do not think that is dishonest in your case (but it would be fraudulent for anyone to do so who joined more recently).

Then they started messing it around with it incorrectly and here is what it was (incorrectly) on July 24:
https://web.archive.org/web/20180...:1yearfree but that only shows an (incorrect) 512 meg hotspot.

Also go through all your welcome emails from Sprint. It is sometimes listed in the wording in one.

At the bottom of every SD page, you will find a link to switch to classic view. Then you will find a 'search this thread' box at the top of the pages. Hope that helps

My woman acted like it was not a choice. She just said it was automatically applied and I could cancel it with the online. Rather than make waves when I still was unsure if the Moto E4 was going to get activated I just went and cancelled online an hour later

I couldn't see that yet. After signup for number porting from H20 Wireless I got a email saying it need attention. When I click the link in the email it says the old carrier account # is not correct, so I am stuck in number porting. H20 folks are saying they didn't received any request from SprintConfused

worried and don't want to deal with sprint customer service

OK don't worry it will be correct once you can see it. The email notices are always wrong.

As the port, go to the following link as per the Wiki (thanks Wiki authors!):

https://shop2.sprint.com/en/wlnp/check.shtml
'
Also Call: 866-437-1818 which is the port dept so you do not have to deal with non-technical staff.

They may be closing soon now though for the night.

Set up your account online and you can control the port yourself and correct it online at that link.

You have to deal with this from the Sprint side one way or another. That is the protocol.

I have found in the past that that method will only work for a while and will fail eventually.

Maybe you will have better luck.

However, since you are rooted, you can use WifiTetherRouter in the play store which does stay working It is a few dollars..
