I am on sprint now I got the 5$ a month deal last year about to come to an end so if I switch the a prepaid plan on T-Mobile and port my number can I port it back right after for this deal?
With the same SSN, you have to be off Sprint 45 days to come back.

A different SSN can come back right away..

Just a newbie for this Sprint new free unlimited plan,

Questions:
(1). from wiki,
"Requires a Sprint SIM card, eBill and Sprint AutoPay ($5/mo./line discount applied within two invoices)
If AutoPay is cancelled, you'll pay $5/mo./line
If AutoPay and eBill are removed, a $7.99/mo. charge will apply for Account Spending Limit customers"

I just setup this plan by phone, do I have to setup a sprint.com account to enable "eBill" and "Sprint AutoPay"?

(2). From wiki, "Your $30 activation fee is waived as part of this promotion. The fee will appear on your first bill and a credit will appear within 2 bills."

Do I have to pay the $30 activation fee first in the first bill? Or just ignore it?

(3). Is the unlimited data really unlimited? No matter how much data I use per month, does Sprint always offer me 480P stream and no throttle???

Thanks in advance.

(1) No it is done automatically, That is just legaleze,
(2) No it will not be billed at all
(3) It is unlimited period on both counts

However danielo007 points out you do have set up the autopay so you do need to set up account access to do that. There is an app as well.

However set up an online account anyway just to verify.

Hi, comintel, thank you very much for your answers! Actually, you answer my multiple questions. Appreciation!

One more question,

Does Sprint free unlimited plan offer MMS? If yes, is it free too?

There is no hotspot for recent subscribers.

You can use PDANet+ on Android with a tether and some limited wifi hotspot capability.

Or root and use WifiTetherRouter.

If I join Sprint unlimited plan first by just one line, then after one month, my wife would join my plan.
(1). Does Sprint need my wife's SSN?
(2). If No for the above question, does Sprint pull my credit one more time?

TIA

Wasn't able to find the answer to this question in the Wiki so asking here:

If my "contract" with Verizon is ending September 10th, can I call Sprint now, have the credit check & account created, have the SIM cards shipped, and then wait to activate the SIMs until the 10th? Or does this all have to be done on the first call to Sprint? Just trying to plan ahead so I can get all 3 of these lines moved over to Sprint.

Thanks in advance for the reply!!!

!n the (extremely?) unlikely event the promo were unexpectedly ended on August 31, for example, then by past practice they might only allow one additional week for pending orders to be completed. That is what happened with a previous promo.

But odds are good you can just wait until you are ready in September anyway and save yourself bothering about this until then..

You have to set up the auto pay. I did yesterday. The e bill was automatically set up. So just the auto pay.

Download the sprint app. It is very helpful
