Signed up this morning and my service finally came alive at around 7pm. The rep never asked me to signup for the device protection plan when I setup my account this morning. My online account is all setup now and don't see any $13 protection plan that everyone was talking about. If I have this, where does it show up in my account. I just wanted to make sure to remove it if I have it. Thanks for everyone help.

No problem - I think Desi and I (and some others) both believe you on that point..

I will say there are some fully honest and candid reps too.

I don't see TEP under change services. Is that mean I don't have TEP? Thanks.

The first Rep was indeed. I added a full expanded screen shot of the offers and details of it in the wiki as of this date, for reference, it is kind of a pain to take the scrolling screen shot depending on what browser one is using.... thx again all for faster than light help Smilie

A few questions:

Can the Moto z2 force deal for $160 be used to open a new line for this?

Can you get around the hotspot restriction by using a 3rd party app?

And if so is it feasible to get an extra line just to keep as a wifi hotspot around the house? Can it be a replacement for actual internet service?

And just to confirm the IMEI has nothing to do with the phone number you port in right? So you can port in a number from say Mintsim, and then use the IMEI of a completely different phone? (like a new moto z2 force purchased from best buy?)

Thanks!

That's good. Hopefully you see something like this in the details section:

Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data.
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. (Free with AutoPay until 9/30/18)
International Text from the US. (Plan FAQ says Sprint Global Roaming included, so also in many other countries: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/se...aming.html)
Requires $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.
Savings until 9/30/18; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay

Great. I hope the service works out for you. If not, you can port out at any time to switch to another carrier.
