I read it many times. I am on sprint free year as we speak from Boost Mobile. Still, It is unclear about the process for multiple lines, read wiki does not help. I know how to do 1 at a time but it does not specify process when adding more than one line. I just want to know do i need a diff social for each line i port, even if im bringing them under my sprint acct or not? Thats all im asking (final question) thanks for your help
your social security number is required to have your account. You don't need any more SS numbers because it's still your account, you're just adding lines to it.

you still need to port in an existing non-sprint phone number and have a suitable phone. And do it by calling the same number you called to get your account.

Desi is tired. I don't blame him.You really should be able to figure this out. One more time. Each and every number must be ported in from another carrier and each and every line added must be done by calling the 866 number in the wiki. Each and every line will be added to your account, your SSN and each line will have the same expiry of the first line.

xmongerDoes anyone know if I have to wait 45 days to be eligible for the Sprint $25 Kickstart Plan, if coming from BYOD. I ported my number out 7/31.

Thanks for any and all comments. I don't want to run another credit check before they tell me if I am eligible of not. (Trying to join online)
It's probably anybody's guess until we hear from somebody who has done it because last time they actually allowed even existing users to add a kickstart line.

I looked at the offer and it says new account required but I do not see that it says exactly new customers only. So you might be eligible.

If you call they will tell you before the credit check stage.

It is better to call anyway.

Thanks. Thats clear and to the point. I like to be 100% clear before i call because if i wasnt yesterday i wouldnt have gotten the deal. Boost Mobile, T mobile and sprint cs were suspicious. if i had slipped up i could tell they were going to be like "sorry sir, i cant help you" or "this deal is not available"

Jessica: Wait! Don't leave! A Sprint Sales Representative is available to answer any questions that you may have! How can we help?
You: If i add a kickstart line to my existing FREE 1 year BYOD account, it will not affect the free account. Correct? Or is this not possible?
Jessica: I'll be happy to go over our current pricing and promotions with you.
Jessica: If you add a new line with Kickstart it won't affect the line which is on BYOD free 1 year.
You: Perfect. Thank you. That is my only Question. Have a great day!
________________________________________________________________________

On a separate chat:

Jessica: Hi, I'm a Sprint sales specialist. Would you like any help today?
You: I ported out of my free 1year BYOD account at the end of July. Am i eligible to open a kickstart line? I would prefer not to go through another credit check.
Jessica: It takes 45 days to be considered as a new customer and credit check it required for sign-up process.

I was told that one year free will be extended if I upgrade my line... my free service is expiring next month.
Something called--- sprint "supernova" upgrade + free service 1 year..

But when I said yes to it, she transferred me to sales rep who wasn't able to locate the offer

Anyone with similar experience?

seems like you're the only lucky person getting this "supernova" promotion.

That's a new one - rep. actually playing a practical joke on a customer! I guess they are sick of that question.

But the poster may have called the wrong number. The only reps allowed to sell or give details on this offer are at 866-782-8777 and they do not transfer you to other reps (other than possibly as a practical joke in this case).

And the offer cannot be extended, other than as described in detail in the Wiki, involving porting out and opening a new account (see the Wiki).

Well I just lucked out!

I am on day 35 from when I canceled my sprint account in July.

I took my two iPhones that were on the Virgin Mobile $1.00 per month plan and ported my numbers over to ATT in the store. Got my ATT account number and called the number in the wiki to sign up again for the free plan and it worked. I'm now free until September 30th 2019.

I'm not sure how they missed the 45 day being gone requirement unless maybe it's 30 day? Dunno, but I'm set for the next year.

45 days is a loose number

Some credit checks super reps will make exception as they see fit.

Yes a very few people have been let back on without the full wait. A couple with no wait at all.

Hmm, I wonder if porting in from AT&T might possibly have helped?

The checker says that my iPhone 6 (ATT) is eligible for sprint service but it is 'locked'. What are my options to have it 'unlocked'? Thank you.
