Just tried the website periodically but haven't had time to call in. Service hasn't stopped on the phone so thought it was TMobile not able to port for some reason?

You others waiting have already had your service stopped? Were you coming from Virgin Mobile or other?
TMobile had the wrong entry for account number. Once I contacted them and straightened it out the port happened quickly. Just got off the phone with a very helpful/patient Sprint rep and will hopefully have been activated by the time I get up tomorrow.

Thanks again for the super helpful wiki, all!

We have 3 of the same, one was just unlocked.

Tested Verizon and AT&T with no problems. I think the moto g6 play is a moto g6 play and ram does not make a difference. Maybe you can contact Boost and let us know what they say.
Thanks for information.

Guys,
Any one faced this problem that your Moto G6 play got locked again by sprint after some weeks?

Mine was unlocked i think 1-2 months ago by Sprint after completing more than 50 days...

But today I reset the phone and when i went to setting for UICC unlock then it said the phone is locked to sprint..... Does it mean phone got relocked?
or When I called customer care then they said it is showing as unlocked on their side... does it mean it is still unlocked but UICC unlock setting is showing wrong status as locked...

Please suggest.

yup..correct

i use below site to check what sim i need.
chances are there is a iphone that uses the same.
so then, go to A store..ask sim for that iphone.
so while u have a story about ur sister, etc... typically they dont even ask any questions.

so ya..for u or any one that has a nexus 6..go to a AS and ask for a sim card for ip7

check sim card here [ting.com]
Further research here as well as from a feedback, it appears Apple stores carry only the 436, sim, which is compatible only with apple products. Nexus 6 requires either 446 or 506 (the latter being a 3-in--1 universal ). SPRINT stores have them for $3, or other vendors as stated in wiki.

https://slickdeals.net/f/11997959-boost-mobile-20-off-android-phones-motorola-moto-g6-play-for-79-99-more?v=1&src=SiteSearch

SO buy phone, get a google voice number and a Sprint sim card, then port the google voice number ?
Wanna make sure I'm getting this deal right..

Or should i go with an unlocked phone that works on all gsm/cdma carriers ?

I'm really looking for a cheapo option to do this deal

It seems to be a common problem, one day unlocked, then locked. Best way to tell is grab a Verizon sim and if you get on their network, its unlocked

Yes i know that procedure already.. and it was clearly showing this as below some weeks ago:

"The UICC Unlock has been updated. Your device has been unlocked to support any inserted UICC."

but today it shows that it is locked to sprint when i did the UICC unlock option in settings.

Anyone got iPad offered for 24 months installments with 4.77 per month ?
I didn't get full information? Thinking about it comes around 100$ overall which seems good deal

Orbic wonder uses 506TQ or 406TQ.
No IPhones use that sim so don't think they would have them. Sure it wasn't for a different phone.
I believe Apple only carries 436C for iPhone 5S-7 and 416Q for iPhone 8,X.
You may have lost your mind today for believing the Sprint manager saying plan would end yesterday.

$4.77 after $19.17 bill credit. If leave early(before 24 months) lose remaining bill credits. Plan is $25 a month if have sprint phone line but $75 without. So bill $25 month for first 12 months(free phone plan) then $85(or$75 without phone line)a month for month 13-24.

Or the boost e4 also works i believe. Most boost phones come with the sim from what i read. Just don't mention boost or prepaid when signing up.
