My Sprint then drop down to select permissions this will bring up my preferences box Click on wifi calling to bring up box to block or unblock wifi calling.

Yes, I did try the preferences block/unblock option. It's giving "could not save" error. I think sprint has to do some account level update.

Best thing to do(time permitting) is to go to a Sprint store near your home/ work. Ask people about coverage. People love to opine. Really.
If you don't get satisfactory coverage there is no reason to get on Sprint.
On the other hand, remember that your only real expense is a Sprint compatible phone. If you already have that ready to go, you literally have nothing to lose.
Give it a try. It's fun to save all that dough and you feel like a genius
remember don't speak to Sprint raps about any plan. They cannot do this for you and just creates confusion /resentment for in-store reps
Good advice Fred!

Just a word about Sprint data coverage..

if you're having lte data issues in an area it might be worth forcing your phone to use 3g. I know at times I have an lte connection but data isn't actually working very well; I switch to 3g and it's much better.

Ok. My real point was that you did not ASK for anything. Your original post was just a rant and warning on how those Sprint bastards must be doing this to harvest social security numbers because you and your brother gave Sprint that information and were not approved. Comintel kindly stepped in and offered needed info that, again, you did not ask for. This was a compliment to the person who went out of their way to help someone who was just ranting.

Sorry, I didnt know you or someone you knew worked for sprint. My comment was geared towards Sprint as whole and their system of approving new customers, and I think I have a right to express my frustration as a prospect customer. Once again sorry u r butthurt with my comment. I admire ppl like comintel who stepped forward to lessen the frustration I was rather than than few bullies here who are just good at igniting the frustration further more by ridiculing them.

Don't know where you're getting this I "work for Sprint or know someone who does" idea. Once again, I was complimenting comintel for stepping up to help someone merely complaining (expressing their opinion) about Sprint's business practices, warning people to stay away, and who did not ask for any help at all. I have read many of his posts and comintel is a VERY patient person. BTW, I don't see anywhere in my response to comintel where I ridiculed you.

This deal is available to almost anyone, and it's fairly straightforward. Especially so with the help in this thread and wiki.
That doesn't mean rude posters with childish attitudes are entitled to it.
The " Sprint Sucks" Mantra is tiresome and inaccurate.
A little Grace and a small amount of effort is well worth the reward for those interested.
Xoxo Sprint.
No. I don't work there either

I agree

BTW, with regards to coverage, data, etc, we have 5 lines using these phones:

iPhone X
iPhone SE
Moto G6 play
Moto G6 play
Moto z2

Using speedtest all connected the same, the speed test on the X blows all others away, the Moto Z2 comes in last. Was actually hoping the Moto's were better. This is not a scientific test but gives you an idea that your Sprint service might depend on the make and model of the phone your using.

Testing was done over the pass 3 days at home with wireless turned off and all on LTE

I am having trouble completing a MVNO Flag flip. My phone was on tello. Tello says they need sprint to do it. Many Sprint reps and supervisor, dont know what I'm talking about. Any advice? Appreciate any help I can get.

Tello will not do it. They never would do it and never did do it despite lots of people telling you to ask them to. People (not including me) just suggest contacting them on a theoretical basis - it does not actually work because Tello cannot be bothered and finds they can get away with it.

It is not Sprint's responsibility.

Just contact LiterallyUnlimited on reddit and he will do it. Sure he will grumble that Tello should do it. That's true but they won't do it in practise. You tried and you can tell him that. Just agree with him and he will do it.

There are other ways too but I am giving you the fastest by far.

He is right, you are behaving like a bully. Just because you had the smoothest experience doesn't mean that's true for everyone and I am going to site the number of questions on this thread as example. Calling people "classic loser" because they report something contrary to your experience is far from nice and polite.
u have a right to ur opinion..though it may be wrong

i have good and bad experience with S..that is not the point

the poster u referring to started out calling folks bastards etc
stealing ss #
nonsense

thats not cool in my book..
u act like a dumass..i will treat u like a dumass

while i dont work for S
i do want folks to enjoy this plan
nonsense like that will/may turn people off
