Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I was aware that's been the case, but I still wanted to be 100% certain before getting hit with ETFs and no recourse laugh out loud Maybe I was just bad at searching, but I wasn't able to find the T&C info for the account anywhere in my dashboard. Good to know I can just add and drop lines on this account as I please. This will make transferring from places like numberbarn to google voice nice and easy/free.
You know google voice charges $20 to port in.

I took the one year offer last year and I can certainly say I will never use Sprint even if free. It's just unbearable service. THe people who work at their stores are so incompetent and always lying and telling you all sorts of inaccurate BS it's just ridiculous. Even changing phones is a nightmare.. you have to get new sim cards, that's if they have them in stock. I went to 4 different stores before I found someone who helped me. Every time I tried to do something on my online account I was told I couldn't complete the action and that I had to call over the phone and from there I was sent to a store.. it was just ridiculous. I hated every second of it. THat doesn't even cover the crappy coverage down here in South Texas. I had to end up getting one of those amplifiers for your home (after 4 phone calls). I could only get it to work in my bathroom as it wouldn't complete its setup anywhere else in my home. After 8 months it stopped working altogether.

Sprint stores are not going to just give you a free SIM card when you want to use a different phone. Even TMobile doesnt do that; they charge $25 !

Verizon doesnt mind so much, but hey, you get what you pay for.

There are many different factors involved with getting bad coverage. It could be anything from your location to the type of phone you have and its settings. Customer service can also vary by location and is probably worse if the store you go to is not corporate owned. My point is there are many others including myself that have excellent coverage and have received awesome customer service. If Sprint is not a good fit for you, then it's just not a good fit.

this is not entirely correct

as with most, it is all YMMV.

the other day i walked into a corporate S store.
i needed a sim card for lg v20
they gave it to me no ? asked
not even if i am customer or not not even my tele number.

a few weeks ago , i sold a orbic wonder to a tm customer
he didn't have correct sim
we both went to a tm store
explained situation to rep.
rep gave him sim
no charge
5 minutes we done
all 3 parties happy

so moral. be courteous. be pleasant be respectful. u can accomplish a lot

Ok, fair enough.

But if they had said "No, we dont do that. It costs $8.99/whatever," Would you hold it against them for an entire year ?

Totally agree, I signed up a few weeks ago and after two days of dropped calls, poor choice quality, and hit or miss data service I switched back to my T-Mobile SIM. Iwill say when signal is strong sprints download speeds are fast. In almost all tests upload is horrendous and ping times are much higher than tmobile. Think I'm going to cancel even if it's 5 bucks a month, kinda useless if you rely on phone service.

I think it really depends on the market your in as many people are happy. I get ok service at home but virtually nothing in my office. Switches to 3g and calls drop or cut out freequntly. Couple that with no hd voice, no wifi calling and I now see why Sprint is in last place.

Wouldn't it benefit them to have Wi-Fi calling? I just don't understand.
