Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

It is not a cap. Data is unlimited.
Usually, nothing happens other than you will get a notification if you get close.
If the network is overloaded in your area, you may get lower priority than other users.

Set up a plan with my Google Voice # today, just waiting on the porting to finish to Sprint. They said it would take up to 4 days. Is that a typical timeframe?

Only got 3g data and half bars signal... It's a moto x4 (Android 8.1)from project Fi. Tried reset network, *#*#72786#*#*, updating prl and device config. (oh I did this with data roaming closed, does it matter?) Can't find the reset APN buttun(can't find an app to support resetting apn). Tech rep wasn't helping...

edit: got LTE finally!
talked to a tech rep, he refreshed my service, and I did the dial thing and prl, then got it done. However the signal is still around half the bars...

Yes unless you read the Wiki.

Have a feeling It's not going to end well for you.
The line you added may be on paid plan.

From the Sprint page for this offer:
Quote :
Any upgrades prior to the 4 months or in a retail location will require a plan change to the Unlimited data, talk and text plan which starts at $60 per month after an AutoPay discount. Unfortunately, you'll lose the remaining free months in your year of free service if you upgrade early or purchase/lease your new phone in a retail location.
However you should be able to cancel under the 14-day money-back satisfaction guarantee provided you return the phone within that period.

https://www.sprint.com/en/legal/r...olicy.html

You MUST physically return the phone within that period or the policy does not apply.

Sprint is still sending emails each month for $0.00 bill. I don't feel like calling to actually cancel it since I am not being charged and I would rather file away an email than to speak to their horrible customer service (past personal experience).

I thought they were supposed to close the account after 45 days? It has been over 60.
My Sprint on-line account continued to be accessible (was never closed?) after the last line was ported out 6+ months ago.

When I re-signed up, Sprint CSR told me that I had to create a new Sprint on-line account.

So were you able to create one online yourself using the same SSN?

I have been with Cricket for the last few months and while $25 is not bad, $4 is better. We had excellent coverage for that year and we all have the same phones we did a year ago. I don't mind paying for the SIMs and shipping (again) as long as I don't have to deal with their Customer Service. Using my SSN is not an option (long story pages back).

Currently with ATT:

2 lines with iPhone 7 paid off
1 line with iPhone 7 - 6 more payments left
1 line with iPhone 6 paid off

Can I pay off the last iPhone 7 early so I can get out of ATT? I know I'll have to get rid of the ATT iPhones. Will try selling those and buying Verizon or compatible iPhones
Yes, I did that when I signed up with Sprint.

You will also need to have AT&T to unlock all the phones. It takes about two days for them to unlock paid-off phones.

edit: I don't know about 7s but iphone 6 from AT&T will work on Sprint.
