Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

It may already be in progress or some such. I think you will just have to call back and see how far along it is and what remains to be done if anything.
Yeah, going to have to try tomorrow, seems like customer service and sales is offline now for phone calls. Chat looks like its just a bot and no one live.

Sure.

By the way neither Customer Service or Chat can be used to sign up for this offer. Only TeleSales.

Ok, got it, so the only way is to call and activate it. I hope I don't get the same hangup and delay in activating.

big question:

How do you guys like Sprint's service after switching for this deal???
There will be different answers for this depending on location and type of phone. My service is better than my former carrier T-Mobile, in the Los Angeles area. Calling, texting and data all good.

I finally got escalated to someone who stated the following was the SIM card for the XS:
SKU: CZ2114TLWQ
Model number: SIMGLW416TQ
UPC: 019962041648

The Sprint store does not sell SIM cards (funny because I bought a SIM from that same store a month ago...) but mine didn't receive a shipment of SIMs compatible. They directed me to Best Buy to purchase one there and they gave me the following and said it would be compatible:
Model: SIMGLW426Q
UPC: 019962041648
They activated about a dozen phones with that SIM, won't activate for me.

Considering it took 4 calls to Sprint, a call to Apple, 2 chat sessions with Sprint, a trip to the store, and a Facebook IM session and every time they gave me incorrect information I'm guessing they're either unable or unwilling to activate these devices on this plan.

If anyone has success please post the model number of the SIM you're using.
This is very worrying because I am getting Xs to use this plan as my current iPhone 7+ is GSM only. Already have iPhone X SIM card ordered from that Twiby or something NVMO.

Signed up for this deal and activated on June 9. Wanting to upgrade to the iPhone XS Max. I understand it's available after "4 months of service." Is that 120 days from activation or is it just 4 billing cycles? Want to make sure I don't do it too early and lose the plan.

If you are getting the Xs from an Apple store/online, the Sprint version should come with SIM.

After I port my sprint number to T-Mobile Digits sim, how long do I have to wait to port the number back to sprint ( under a different account)?

Plan to buy an iPhone XS from Apple store. But I can only get a Verizon iPhone. I don't plan to activate it with Verizon. Is the phone automatically unlocked? Can I activate it with sprint without activating it with Verizon first?

Thanks

Yes, as cgigate can attest to, GSM only iPhones are difficult to accept.

So the monthly cost is $10 (pure tax for $65 original price in South Carolina), well... does it look good?
edit: got another rep, said it's $4 a month.

Ok, so I called and got a USA based rep. It was done in 20 minutes and should be activated in 30 minutes, so it was BS and no one should take their offer.

Letting them add insurance may not expedite actual porting but it does expedite phone call. One time I was hung up on after insisting no insurance(even said I use squaretrade). Also when trying to decline insurance they jump into the cheap tablet to prolong call. The sprint complete protection was just launched so that term will used more often now.
It expedite the porting process because you don't have to argue and get hanged up and start over again. Haha.
