Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

You mean ask to come back on the BYOD free unlimited 1-year deal at day 30?
If they do let me back on the deal in one year, what's the purpose of checking to see if the account number matches?

Yeah, I'd planned to call and confirm account closure.
some have been able to come back before 45 days.
make note of accounts #'s to confirm they DO NOT match
(ie new account number, new account, nothing to do with old account, etc)

Bought a Boost Mobile sim card from Best Buy then made it all the way to the ICC ID activation and was told that the SIM was not compatible with this plan.

Sprint is sending me a SIM card for $2.99 in the mail.

You just made a statement that adds no value to this thread. If you are looking for help we would need much more information. Please check out the SIM card section in the wiki.

Well... the Wiki states that Boost Mobile sim cards from Best Buy should work when moving to Sprint under this plan. It didn't. A poster earlier today is having the same issue.

That has nothing to do with it being a Boost sim card. There is no such thing as a Boost sim card. There are only Sprint-Boost-Virgin sim cards. You just got the WRONG sim card. ItYou would need the model number of your phone and we can tell you the correct sim card or better yet you can look it up yourself.

If you mean the Boost-Sprint 3 in one universal sim card kit, it has sims for all phones up to the recent iPhones. For the new iPhones, you need the new 4-in-one Boost/Sprint kit.

Pardon me, I got the "Boost Mobile Triple SIM Pack" - same SIM card from the link in the Wiki. It contained a SIM card that said Sprint on it and fit my iPhone 6S Plus no problem. Gave the Sprint rep the ICCID# and he said it was incompatible.

Thinking of getting iphone 7 (pre-owned) from Sprint.com. Since it it pre-owned, will it work with this plan? Is the price of $288+tax reasonable for a used iphone7?
If you can do that, you would have to do it through TeleSales 866-782-8777 and mention very very clearly that it is for the one year FREE byod plan. I think it depends on whether Sprint considers that full retail price or not. If they do, you probably can. I am not an expert on iPhone pricing but it might be ok in view of easy it would be to do. See what others may say.

The rep was wrong. They probably typed it in wrong.

I had the iphone 6s and when I trying to swap the phone in (to replace the E4 plus), all the 3 sim cards from the 3 in 1 kit from BB failed. I tried multiple times online, and made sure i typed in the correct ICC. But chat with the rep solved the problem, one of the 3 in 1 sim worked.

Idk... he repeated it back to me and it matched what the SIM card said.
