Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Yes, it's eligible.

Yes, the iPhone SE A1662 is compatible and will work on Sprint but it is missing Band 41. It does have the main bands 25 and 26 for coverage (B41 is for improved data speeds).

Missing B41 - will this impact the speed a lot? I am considering to buy this phone, should I avoid it?

I definitely would avoid any phone that lacks band 41 unless you live in an area with extremely dense Sprint coverage. It is not just a question of speed alone. It is essential to have any decent coverage in some areas (like where I live). It is also a prerequisite to being able to use Magic Box (and some other mini-towers) relay AT ALL.

Not having band 41 could be an absolute disaster. It could make Sprint unusable.

In fact, I would want a phone with HPUE as well - it makes band 41 usable over a wider area. For iPhones, though, only the very newest models have it (and even they only have have a mediocre implementation of it) so that may not be practicable for an iPhone user.

You're always best to call Customer Service to get exact current port-out instructions. Ports go wrong quite often because instructions are out of date etc. Remember the carrier is going to condition approval of the port out on EXACT conformity with its requirements. They will refuse the port out unless every i is dotted and every t crossed.

I added a line to free one year plan earlier via chat without any issues but I would recommend going via telesales to avoid any mistakes chat representatives can make....

Hypothetically, if I were to activate a phone today, would i get free service until 11/30/2019 or until 9/25/2019, a year later?

Should be the first one that is the actual SIM slot and not the eSIM since Sprint doesn't support eSIM yet.

Only voice works for me. Not cellular data at all. Sprint keeps telling me to ##update#.

I just checked the imei number on sprint website and it says that this phone is eligible for BYOD plan.
