Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

where can i get the compatible sim for iPhone XS Max? I read somewhere in the thread that 4 in 1 kit from sprint is not working. I went to apple store, there is 3-hr wait so came back. I tried searching for these sims on amazon and did n't find any.

SIMGLW416TQ / SIMGLW516TQ
I got mine from apple store. I saw the employee specifically choose the sim for XS. Then the apple employee hand me a 416TQ.

So I guess you shall try to explicitly ask for XS sim.

Thanks, I will go to the store now and try my luck with the line there. I have unlocked XS max and trying to port directly from T-mob to Sprint.

Have you checked your online account to see what plan it reflects?

Ok, found it in the wiki, that I have to call the 8777 number, not online. On it now.

so called 8777 number, with the new XS Max, they say the phone is eligible, but not the sim. He kept saying that the ICC ID is giving him error. He suggested get another sim card from Apple store or buy one from Sprint store. BTW Apple store gave me the SIM 416TQ.
