Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm currently trying to port a freedompop number and it's giving me a headache. I asked freedompop for the information beforehand (to avoid issues) and they gave me my account number and such. However, now Sprint is not activating on my Note9, and they are saying they are having port issues. And my phone won't activate on their network. Any idea how to speed this up?

Guys! Emergency. Yikes. I had five lines with sprint. One by one I moved 3 lines to a new T-Mobile prepaid account using the Tmobile sim number I bought on eBay and then to a new sprint account. The last two lines were my friends'. She wanted to move them to her own sprint account. So, I moved hers to Tmobile two days ago and she moved that to her own sprint account. Today, I moved the last of my original 5 lines to Tmobile. Every time I made sure I set the pin with the Tmobile agent. I did that today as well. Then after waiting one hour, I asked my friend to port her son's number to her Sprint account. Everything seemed to be going well except the number did not port. She called back sprint and they are saying that Tmobile says the pin is wrong. What to do now? How do I call Tmobile. We don't really have a Tmobile sim just a sim number. So, he is dead in the water. How to get this number ported. I even double checked that the pin was correctly set before I hung up with Tmobile this morning. Could this have happened because the sprint to tmobile port was not complete. We waited one hour after his original sprint line quit working before calling sprint again.

Also I called T-Mobile and they said they will only reset the pin by sending a text message. But I don't have a sim from T-Mobile. Only a sim number.
Call the number you ported to Tmobile to see whether you can access the voicemail with the pin. If yes, call Tmobile to confirm account number and pin.

I've chatted online and tried calling them, they will no longer let you use a Sprint SIM card purchased anywhere but online thru their offer page.

If I call the number I just get a message saying the number can't take a call. When I called T-Mobile they said the pin is wrong. Damn. I just set it up this morning and they input it wrong. My friend is going to the T-Mobile store now to resolve the issue. I hope he does not end up losing the number.

Sweet deal! I was able to get one line with an eligible phone I have, but my wife's doesn't qualify. Is there any way I can just start using an altogether different phone for me, then re-use my phone with her number for the deal or is it just a one and done thing per phone? Sorry in advance if this was something in the wiki that I missed.

You have to first determine WHY it is ineligible. A lot of times this is not black and white.

If it lacks Sprint's bands, it can never get on and if it did it would not work.

I just got my FreedomPop number transferred yesterday. It took about 2 weeks even though all porting info is correct.

Did you have to have a credit check multiple times? Or could you just say "NVM I'm using another number to port"?

It was a second line, so no. I cancelled through my Sprint online dashboard.
