Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I assume you are trying to port to tmo. If you have a digital sim I would use the tmo online portal and choose the $3 pay as you go. Sure it's an extra $3 but no waiting.

Also FYI,Weekend ports may take longer whereas usually they happen within minutes

Weekend customer service can be extremely slow because that's when most people call. When I called on a week day, the wait was more than an hour, but I was given an option for them to leave my number and they would call back. Are you not getting that option?

No. Go all the way to checkout. You will pick your pin# and they will email the account number and pin also. The account number will be different than the normal phone # plus 1

It should. enter the sim online and wait 10 seconds. It should show good. If not then contact your ebay supplier for another sim#

Not returned necessarily but you have to get it off your account before you can close the account.

I ported out the Magic Box "number" to get this done immediately (actually it gave them some pause I can tell, because it took 2 days, but they did it).
Interesting idea. I've since found out it must be shipped back within 30 days of leaving or it's $140. So, no you don't have to wait before porting out. You just need to request a Magic Box return kit. The Sprint stores won't take them back.

Are t-mobile numbers still eligible for this promo? Sprints website only states AT&T and Verizon customers: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/of...mited.html

Anyone know when this promo will end? Sprint is giving me hell activating a Nexus 6 that I bought directly from Google, yet they claim I owe Sprint for. They told me to wait 48 hours and it should be clear, but I don't want to miss out.
