Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Any issue with the continue button? I wonder if T-Mobile can't understand the weird format of my street address
IE didn't work..was able to finish check out with Firefox

Wifi calling option didn't work ..I chose no wifi calling since I'll keep the tmobil account for 1 hour only

website is finicky but eventually worked on firefox

it might work faster because you actually pay ($3+) over doing it FREE over the phone...and they prioritize ppl that pay over free..i dunno..but for $3 is well worth it

my port to tmobile is totally screwed. I called last night to port two lines but by now it hasn't succeeded. I called tmobile today and waited for 3 hours before talking to someone. I was told that sprint said my account was not active (sprint account and pin double checked, both correct, actually I am calling with my sprint phone); furthermore, my tmobile pin doesn't match. Now I was transferred again and another no-ending wait.
just want to share my terrible experience here. finally I talked to another agent and was told because I had the same tmobile accounts before (last year I ported to tmobile too), I need to have them reactivated, and I need to provide the old PIN, which I can't remember. I have to go to a tmobile store to reset the pin first before porting can go through.

Not sure. Drove 761 miles yesterday to get home late but in time to do the BYO.
Brain not at full capacity today. So please be kind. Lol.
Caught up on reading how to do 2nd year.
Online doing it via tmo site with my digital sim.
It's asking what PLAN I want.
I have seen nothing on here about how to answer that

My year ends today so I'm trying to get it done.

Thank you muchly!

Thanks, I now know I have the same problem. Any good alternatives to t-mo?

It can be quite good if your phone supports at least Band 41. If also supports HPUE, even better.
I currently have iPhone 6s Plus on Sprint. Planning to buy a used iPhone 8 or so. I do see that iPhones beginning with 7 have Band 41. Don't know about 6s plus model..anyone knows the band it supports?

Also, is there any iPhone model that supports HPUE..it is not listed as HPUE on even the latest iPhone models.

TIA.

Currently have Verizon 4 lines
Son wants a new Samsung Note 9. I am willing to purchase the phone but would like him to have his own service and bill hoping this will be good option to get him off my plan.
Can I buy Note 9 from Samsung.com? Assuming I should buy the unlocked version? Only other thing I need is a sim card before the phone arrives to call and activate?

I am sure this has all been covered in the 27,500 comments. I have read the wiki and just want to make sure I am correct in buying the unlocked phone through samsung.com

6s plus has band 41(also sprint band 25,26). Hpue support (band 25,26,41) on iPhone Xs/max.

Certainly you can and you can buy either the unlocked version (more portable) or the Sprint version (has every last Sprint feature) .
If you buy the unlocked version, you need a sim card. Samsung may supply one on request, otherwise you need SIMOLW506TQ or SIMGLW406TQ

You should not have signed up online if you then want to call in. We tell people not to sign up online.

No. Stores cannot do it.

If you signed up online, don't they send you instructions on how to activate?

However I suspect the sales reps are trying to maximize their commission by "not being able to find" the prior approval. Insist they look harder or call the credit dept directly at 800-639-6116 to get the account number or approval reference number to give to the sales rep.
