Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Has anybody ported a number to T Mobile using the automated service?

Everytime I call it's an estimated 3-5 hour wait to speak to a live agent.

I'll need the account number and PIN in order to port back to Sprint so if I can get this by going the automated route, it would save some time

Interesting. Not being able to use cellular data for internet while talking is a minor inconvenience compared to the year of free service. Talk, text, and data work everywhere we need it to. Every person I talked to in customer service spoke perfect English whether in the states or the Philippines and all were very professional. We're on our second year of free service and have never encountered any "weird" charges. Sorry you had such a bad experience.
Not sorry that poster had a bad experience.
Call me crazy but I have read almost every post and have found:
People who complain about the heavy foreign accents of the almost ALWAYS gracious and helpful overseas reps should just move on. They're never happy anyway

This deal was somewhat special in that the $120 price was not a sale or special. It became the full price of the Z2 Force.
So if, as you asked this were to become available again you could simply walk into a Sprint store and purchase the phone full price. Then swap it into your BYOD plan. No harm no foul.
Most Corp Sprint store not sell you the phone at full price without activation .

agree...1000%

picking on some ones accent is uncalled for.

they are speaking in a language that is NOT their non mother tongue

and sadly, those foreigners speak better than some Americans

if i am not mistaken, the calls are routed to the Philippines and i can say they have been very professional, each and every time i have called

I suggest people cut out negative posts about accents or I will report it as racist in cases where it might be offensive to posters here.

Just got the LG Nexus 5X H790. Amazon said it was Sprint compatible, but couldn't do a device swap to it because "it was purchased internationally", according to Sprint support.

No way around this I'm guessing? : /

Edit: Would it be worth trying this from the wiki?

"Getting an ineligible phone to be eligible when you know it should be:
I was able to do this ClickIt Ticket with telesales on the phone. You may have to already been started making an account, like doing the credit check, which was a soft pull. Though, my rep didn't know I had already done it with someone else. If they already seem to not know how to get the IMEI to work, ask if they're in the Philippines. If so, tell them to talk to a Manager named Mark. He will be able to do a "bypass" of some sort, or just manually enter into the system, something like that. My first ticket did nothing until Mark took control. This even worked on a phone that was only ever on Sprint MVNO."
