Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If not, maybe the message means nothing.
I honestly don't remember, i think it may have. Since i messaged the person you guys recommended and she made a change and i got an email saying it changed. It says "ATT Mobile Share 10GB 50% Off" now.. so that was what i had before i called the people. Who do i ask to confirm it's going to change for next month?

That's the wrong p!an already.

I think I can see what happened:

(1) Originally, you wanted the Free One Year BYOD Plan
(2) But initially the sales rep set you up for a Paid plan instead
(3) When you contacted Marci Carris, her team partly corrected this by overriding the line to be the free plan, but forgot to override the default plan for the account as well
(4) So, when you made a minor change on the line, the line reverted to the original default plan for the account, the paid plan.

So you just need to get in touch with Marci Carris again and get them to fix their fix. They will see the issue right away, it should not be a problem.

hi. who do i call for billing questions?
got my first bill on BYOD. got charged $30 activation fee.
also, i don't see any AutoPaut credit, so monthly charges are around $10.

Just use Chat to correct both of those.
This allows you to have a transcript of your chat as well to document it.

If you signed up over the phone then the activation fee shouldn't be charged

If you signed up online then:
"Your $30 activation fee is waived as part of this promotion. The fee will appear on your first bill and a credit will appear within 2 bills."

I request some info. Apologize if this was already answered. I scrolled through several pages and could not find it. I am going to port out of my free 1 year plan and sign up again after 45 days as I cannot do a different SSN thing. What is the cheapest carrier/plan I can get for 45 days that would also allow me to port back in to Sprint smoothly?

nothing I said was wrong. There is no "extension" of the free byod plan.

all large providers offer retention deals but those are not extensions of this deal, they are different deals and no one has posted that they received an extension of this deal.

having to buy or lease a $1000 phone is not anything like this plan.

and I don't consider myself an internet tough guy, I just don't appreciate people who think it's appropriate to try to control other people's posts when it's not their forum or up to them to do so.

If we all pretend that you weren't wrong then will you stop posting?

Other people have actually answered my question in the meantime instead of hijacking it with wrong information just to get attention, like you.

the most important thing is it shouldn't be a carrier that uses the Sprint network because that most likely can't be ported back into Sprint for this deal.

I don't know if it's the cheapest but I came across a pay as you go plan on Verizon's network that's $10 minimum for 90 days at Expo mobile. They also sell Sprint service so be careful what you choose.

I tried to find an answer to this question, but could not. So apologies in advance if this has already been asked and answered.

If i bring a factory unlocked iPhone to Sprint, will it become locked to Sprint network after activation? Frequently use the phone internationally so would hate to lose the ability to use it overseas (with local SIMs)?

Also it looks like it is truly free for the first year after all credits? If not what are the "taxes and fees" per month?

Thanks!

Any idea what would be the final bill per month if we go with $25 plan which is offered after free plan expiry?
