Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I bought an unlocked samsung note 9. Got the correct sim card but When I call the 866-782-8777 it says the number or code you have dialed is incorrect. I had originally tried calling the number from my other phone which is through verizon and it said the number was incorrect so I assumed I needed to call from the phone with the correct sim card to activate.

I tried to find an answer to this question, but could not. So apologies in advance if this has already been asked and answered.

If i bring a factory unlocked iPhone to Sprint, will it become locked to Sprint network after activation? Frequently use the phone internationally so would hate to lose the ability to use it overseas (with local SIMs)?

Thanks!
When travelling internationally, you should be able to swap the Sprint SIM card out for an international SIM card. As long as your IPhone is truly SIM "unlocked" then you shouldn't have any problems when abroad.

Also, your IPhone will have to support both GSM as well as CDMA cellular networks. Sprint is CDMA and most international cell networks use GSM.

Also it looks like it is truly free for the first year after all credits? If not what are the "taxes and fees" per month?

Thanks!
No its BYOD plan, they don't own the phone and can't lock it to their service

Means you need to chat with Google Fi to remove "mvno" status from the device so it can go on Sprint postpaid.

That is a (misleadingly worded) standard message that you get in that situation because Google Fi is considered a Sprint mvno.

Easy to get fixed as above.
Thanks that was exactly the issue. I received my sim card today

I...she made a change and i got an email saying it changed. It says "ATT Mobile Share 10GB 50% Off" now.. so that was what i had before i called the people. Who do i ask to confirm it's going to change for next month?
Quote from comintel :
That's the wrong p!an already.

I think I can see what happened:
...
So you just need to get in touch with Marci Carris again and get them to fix their fix. They will see the issue right away, it should not be a problem.
may not be as easy

it clear that this is wrong plan and even if they once again temporarily fix it for u, u may run into trouble again

another solution.
port out and port back in to the right plan.
requires another ss# and a loss of hotspots (if that is important)

good luck

Turn off WiFi first and then call. I had the same issue.

minimum is ~$27.50.
could be as high as $30

however...
there are few cases in which anyone should be paying S as of right now.
especially with the 1 Y F promo still around.

for u (or anyone with a single line)
i would not pay S $25 per month for 4 month when u could get another 1 Y F plan.
if the $15 KS plan is still offered, that is probably the only plan for an individual to pay S on

just my 2c

Hi! My Sprint working very slowly and note have services anywhere.
I have contract for 2 years. I received 4 IPhones.
How I could cancel my contract without fee?

it appears English may not be your first language...but still...u need to provide more detals.
where u get the phones from?
r u sure u r in contract?
while it is rare, i believe, contracts are still around for Sprint if u buy iphone from apple stores.
