Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

My IPhone 6 is a sprint phone (on post paid network currently) out of contract and unlocked device which is why I was thinking I can switch to it after I cancel that plan.
In that case, yes, you can do that.

And you can return the LG afterward yes within 14 days too.

Boost now has a $25 byod plan online-only offer with hotspot for those needing hotspot.

However it says "former Sprint devices not eligible" - I am not sure how they will interpret that.

Saw that too. Tried a never activated Sprint Moto Z2 force imei and it was greenlighted. No previously activated phones here to try.

tried my Sprint note 3 and got this:
Great news!
It looks like your phone is compatible with our network. Now all you need is a Boost Mobile SIM card.

Unlimited Data & 8gb of HotSpot. This is better than Sprint's current $25-Kickstart which has no hotspot at all !

Thanks for tip, im not sure how to search this thread for LiterallyUnlimited and read up on how to change the flag.
An alternative to LiterallyUnlimited-

Does Sprint still create ClickIT tickets?

Worked for me a year ago when I flipped mvno flags from Twigby to SPCS successfully on Moto X Pure's via Sprint tech support at 866-556-7310.

Was somewhat slow as I recall taking anywhere from 1 to 3 days.

Any tips on how to switch and sequencing?

First activate using new LG device, use it for few days and change it later? Or better to activate using IPhone?

Change in device is something i should do online or phone customer service?

Sure they can but you have to talk them into it and I am not sure newbies will be able to succeed in doing so or be technically precise enough to make a credible case for it. I have seen people try to do so and fail.

But sure they could give it a try.

For either approach, they will first have to get the phone off Tello. Then check it on the Sprint checker. There is perhaps a chance that may clear the mvno status by itself in some cases.

Why involve the LG at all if you can avoid doing so? If you do swap, do an imei swap from dashboard and or chat. Do not use terms like "change in device."

I would suggest just activate the iPhone directly once you get it off Sprint (you can port the number out to say TMO prepaid to get the phone off immediately).

I assume you are aware that you need a different SSN than what was in use on Sprint postpaid.

Prime objective has to be get the LG returned to the store quickly and with as little use as possible. So do not use it as all if you do not need to.

I have an unlocked Samsung S9+ from T-Mobile that is currently on Mintsim. When I enter my IMEI number into the Sprint eligibility checker, it says that "this device can't be activated with Sprint service" I have read the entire wiki but there is so much info that I am unsure if its my phone, my plan, or if I need to port it to T-mobile first before it will work, or maybe that it will not work at all like what the eligibility checker is saying. Any ideas on what I can do?

Branded S9+ is not eligible because Samsung has not yet released brand switching for S9 as it has for S8.

Thank you for the info. Any guess as to when that might happen for the S9+ based on how quickly it happened on the S8?
