Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Hi everyone: I just ported two phones ( one verizon 6S Plus and an IPhone XS Max bought and paid in full at best buy and originally set up with AT&T)

Porting the two numbers and getting the free unlimited promotion was easy to establish by calling the number that was mentioned in this thread.

My concern is that sprint's coverage works in my area but its very weak. Also when the agent read to me the fine print there is no mobile hot spot which I am fine with, no global roaming which I am fine with but the one that could cause me some issues is that she said when I am in a domestic (USA) roaming area if I exceed 100 Mb of data I would be charged after that but not before they warn me first.

I want to know now that my two phones have been activated on the Sprint network does that mean if I should want to leave and go with another carrier such as Verizon are my phones now locked to Sprint and would I have to abide by their unlocking terms which would require that I have to stay on their network at least 50 days? Any advice on this much appreciated...thanks!

I am willing to pay full price for iPhone XR to put it on my BYOD. Can I order it through my sprint BYOD account or better order from Apple and if from Apple, which version should I get?

Does the online activation/order sim card no longer work? I keep getting the error "There has been a connection error. Please refresh or try again later." Do you have to call in or chat now?

I ordered a Sim card over the phone today. They said it will arrive Monday or Tuesday and waived the $10 shipping fee.

Does this deal really end this weekend? Will I still be eligible when I call back Monday or Tuesday to activate?

I decided to order sprint model from Apple, it comes with sprint sim which I need. I will be able to exchange phone through Apple should there be any issues. Not sure if Verizon model would have been better since sprint iPhone will come locked despite paying in full

Get the unlocked version from Apple. Then ask for a sprint sim.

That's what I did for my Max. Why buy a locked phone when you are paying full price for it.

Apple said unlocked version is not yet available. Is Verizon version now locked too?

I have received several of the notifications about reaching the domestic roaming limit on my son's phone. One month, he was cut off at 100MB, but in two months, they let him exceed the limit -- 151MB and 168MB. There has never been a charge for the domestic roaming overage.

Does anyone have a good hotspot app recommendation? I've tried WifiTetherrouter, PDANet, and USBTetherRouter, but had issues with all of them on a rooted Moto G4.

Just a couple of requirements:

1) Prefer that it work with USB tethering, but wifi would be ok if required
2) Needs to be able to autostart upon phone reboot
3) Needs to be able to support other devices (like a Roku)

Had this working great with the BYOD plan that had tethering on it, but looking for a replacement on the current plan. If I need to switch to a different phone I can do that, just need something solid.
