Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

If you just signed up or you re-upped after a year, this latest incarnation of the deal does not include hotspot and there is no way to pay for it in order to get it, either.

Go through the usual resets, profile updates etc,

The rep assumed the ICCID was the same as before. Unless you have changed the sim, that should be ok.

"Unlocked Boost phone" could mean several different things. Which do you mean? Do you mean you bought it from someone who claimed itt was unlocked or what exactly? What was the last carrier it was used on?
I was able to resolve it. I contacted sprint through chat. They had me put in a code through the keypad to do the profile/carrier update.

The link works for most everybody but you should not use it because calling is better anyway.

But you would be FAR better advised to read the Wiki first.

You can expect problems with Nexus often (they are set up for Sprint via Fi by default usually, not for direct use of Sprint) but read up first or you are in for MANY surprises.

Something not right with my account.
The first day of service I got the avg speed of 20-40Mbs, one time I hit 90Mbs and after day 2 till now I got 3Mbs if I'm lucky. It is the same place and the same spot.
I did the phone reset, update PRL and still too slow.
Anyone having the same problem?

had this deal since july
four lines for only $25 a month Smilie
first month they charged me $65 , they added insurance although i asked them not to

huge saving coming from ATT where our family bill used to be $225+ much much more on the months that my teenage daughter would over consume our 20gig shared data

already dreading the end of this great offer..!

i honestly dont feel a huge drop off if any from the switch but im not a power user .... my teen daughter is and she loves the unlimited dealio since she doesnt have to worry about me getting mad at her for going over our plan every other months
im live in the rural area 30 miles south of KCMO area and service is pretty decent now .... it used to be horrible with sprint about 12 years back .. when i left them after ten years because the idiots they hire for CC pissed me off ... was with ATT for 10-11 years and they were great as well except their billing kept getting bigger and bigger and towards the end ridiculous because of the overage charges

How long does it take for a line to be active? Also the sprint rep didn't ask for it ICCID of the sprint sim. I am using an unlocked boost phone
I activated my second year on Saturday while I am still on the phone waiting to connect to Sprint rep to "activate" the line

My call got drop off, my ATT service went dead
Put my Sprint sim in and the service is activated LMAO

But they should ask for the SIM ID

Yes. Data speeds have gone way down, sometimes under 1 Mbps.

I have had Sprint at 46350 zipcode since 2007 and reception is getting worse instead of better. We are frequently going into roaming, no or little data bandwidth, and calls drop or can't hear each other. Been working with Sprint for the last 3 months, but their network troubleshooter keeps calling my wife's phone (Phone don't work, so why don't they call the land line number that I leave) so it never gets fixed or better. It usually starts working a couple of days after I call to report no service but stops again within a day or 2. Sprint might be cheaper, but cheaper for no service is not a deal. Avoid SPRINT or just don't care about using your phone. I have already done 2 BBB complaints and still will have to switch to another provider is I want to use cell phones in my area.
Service is bad everywhere. If you drop calls in Chicago where they have blanket coverage I think it just means they're a subpar company. I may del with it for a real free year this time. I thought this was a setup last year to roll 5g products right when the year was up and inflate prices and hope people are happy and ready to spend good money, definitely to smart for sprint I think.

From other carriers is it taking longer than usual to connect to sprint numbers? Did anyone notice that?

It may be a good idea to double check it, but for a Boost phone the Sprint sim is shipped pre-installed in the phone and already recorded in the Sprint system. A person could conceivably have changed it though, although there is no reason to do so.

There is reason that the ICCID is pre-recorded in the system in such cases, and that is to avoid the need to enter it manually at activation time.

Personally I like to be able to simply tell them that the ICCID is unchanged from its last value, as cached in the system, when I know that to be the case.

Previously, Verizon was golden. Are you sure it's paid off? Blacklisted due to failure to pay contact. I did this deal last year.
