Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Well at least you have verified that it can be activated on the Sprint network (Tello for sure) so that is super.

Maybe it's the phone number? You can try this other Sprint checker: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...=LP%3ABYOD [sprint.com]

Other than that, I would go ahead and Chat.
Hey that site works, It shows me: The Sprint network will work for you
Your network speed, Good news, your phone is compatible with our network.

What gives? This means I need to try out the account swap option if fails then chat...

Thanks

Oh I see what happened. You were using your own phone number which was already active in a checker that was designed to test the phone number was free to port into Sprint.

You just needed to use the other checker, that's all, or use a different number.

The swap will go fine.

I tried to setup online but told me to call customer service.
After moving different departments, just now completed setup of 3 lines for free until Jan 31st, 2020 waived activation, only to taxes and surcharges.
Shipping 3 SIM cards.

Thank you!
Are they charging you for the 3 sim cards and if so, how much and is there a shipping charge? I have 1 more phone to move over to this plan from T-Mobile and will need a sim card for it. Can't get a sim card locally here so I'll need to order 1. I've seen Twigby mentioned for $2.99 but they are requiring a purchase of service along with the sim card and I couldn't find any way around it without contacting them.

How can we tell that we have the free plan until 1/31/2019? I can't see the end date on my account.

Actually 1/31/2020 (I made a typo earlier).

To see it online, Dashboard: Manage Plan/ See Details.

It in the App also.

I have been trying to order a new sim for the past two days but it always says "There has been a connection error. Please refresh or try again later."
What to do?

It's better to get a sim locally anyway and then just call in to activate (see Wiki).

It's out on a few phones in some areas.

It is in IOS 12.1.1 which many people have in beta and will go to everyone when Apple chooses to throw that switch. It requires iPhone 8 or above and is only in SOME big cities, such as Atlanta-Athens near you.

Also S8 and some others.

The rollout will continue through a good part of 2019.

So most people signing up now will have it probably by later in their plan year (depending on your phone and where you live) but a lot of older phones are out of luck..

The GF's BYOD free 1 yr plan expired Nov 12th. Just received the new bill and its $3x. I was surprised because mine was $6x like it says when the 1 yr is up. So i checked here bill and plan in the app, it currently says unlimited talk text data 1 line $30 plus 50gb hotspot.

Did this change???

Sprint said: This phone can't be activated online
Please chat with Care so we can help.

Ting said: Great news!
Your phone is compatible with Ting!

Tello said Awesome!
Your phone wants to join Tello!

Then on again asking, Sprint said (sadly, again):
This phone can't be activated online
Please chat with Care so we can help.

Maybe I need to wait a bit more ? Above were done in succession.
insist on speak to level 2 tech support(sometimes called advanced tech support)
they may be closed now
(open M-F 8am to 5pm..is my guess)

sometime they simply need to "add back to sprint inventory"
i had exact same problem today on my lg g6 that i recently bought on ebay
wasted 45 min on phone with tech.
transferred and the L2 tech got it done in 3 minutes

I have a T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, and I tried checking the IMEI in sprint as well as Tello, Both say they are not compatible. Does that mean I have to get a new phone to use Sprint?

On the same thought, which phones (preferably android) would work on most networks if I plan to switch back to Tmobile after an year with Sprint.?

thanks..
